2 Welcome Contents Welcome Solutions Showcase Sage 200 CRM Solutions News CustomerSure Welcome to the summer edition of Solutions newsletter, in this edition we are excited to launch the NEW Solutions brand! When established in Solutions for Accounting predominantly focused on providing and supporting Accounting and Finance software. We quickly became prominent in this area and were recognisable with the Solutions for Accounting S logo and the Solutions Green used across all of our marketing collateral. Although the logo and design elements have changed over time we decided it was time to re-brand and also bring the brand back together again. Over the past 1 5 years Solutions for Accounting has grown rapidly - not only has the Solutions team grown but also the services and products that we offer and support. We no longer simply supply Accounting and Finance software, which often our customers presume from our name but we also specialise in business intelligence and customer relationship management and industry specific solutions for retail, manufacturing, and construction. With this is mind we made the decision to re-brand Solutions for Accounting. The logo in its own entity needed revamping and also the message given out to customers needed changing. Whilst we felt it was important to keep our name Solutions for Accounting, we wanted clients to see the company in a new light which meant taking away the emphasis on Accounting and focusing on Solutions. From this we were able to add in the think bubbles which now form a prominent part of the new logo and also tie in with our slogan, Think business software, Think Solutions. This emphasises that we do not simply provide accounting software but business software and support as a whole. In line with the re-brand we have also launched our brand new website, take a look at The aim with the new website is to make it easier for our clients and new customers to navigate around, and again update the look of the website with the new brand. Our end results with the re-brand are ultimately to update and revive the Solutions for Accounting brand but also to clearly define what makes us different from our competitors and create a positive feeling towards not only the products and service that we supply but also the associations you make with our brand based on experience, feeling and memory. You ll notice the brand elements appearing throughout the newsletter and on all of our collateral going forwards. 3 Solutions Showcase On Wednesday 1 7th July we will be holding our annual Solutions Showcase Event. Our chosen venue this year is once again Donington Park, the heart of British Motorsport, located just off Junction 24 of the M1. As in previous years the Solutions Showcase will give you the opportunity to attend various seminars of your choice, providing you with updates on your current software or insights into new technology, as well as expert advice on our wide range of software solutions, not forgetting our open exhibition area that will be open all day, giving you the chance to meet the Solutions for Accounting team and Sage Personnel, who will be on hand to guide you around the event and answer any queries you may have. Sage and Sage 200 Online Sage offers customers total choice and flexibility with a choice of deployment (Sage 200 on-premise or Sage 200 Online), the ability to pick and mix modules to tailor the solutions to your requirements, as well as the choice of payment methods as both deployment options are available on a subscription payment basis. In addition to the new flexibility and choice there are several new product features that deliver some of the top customer wish list items: New Improved Workspaces Sage 200 online and on-premise gives you the ability to pick and mix modules to tailor the solution to your requirements, as well as a choice of payment methods as both deployment options are available on subcription payment basis. - Greater efficiency as data and actions which have traditionally been available via the menu and list view are now available and actionable via a single screen Web user - Anytime, anywhere read access to all workspaces using supported PCs/laptops and devices running a supported web browser - Users can access Sage 200 via devices using these browsers to enter timesheets, expenses, authorise purchases orders and view data that is available in workspace. 5 Sage Report Designer enhancements -Simplified User Interface in Report Designer creating a new default view which has all advanced edit tools hidden from view. -Improved ease of use and a better user experience as the new report designer and underlying reporting layer result in an easier to use and more intuitive offering. -Ensures consistency for any users moving from Sage 50 will now experience a smother upgrade experience as they can use the same report designer which should be familiar to them. Simple Cash Flow Report -Enables customer to quickly and easily obtain an accurate view of the financial state of the organisation based on actual and budgets for up to five years. -Produce financial statements in familiar formats that aid business planning and funding applications. Improved Imports -Enhanced import routines to allow the import of budgets using the profiles, and to import multiple future years budgets. Sage 200 Online or on-premise...new flexibility with a choice of deployment. Office 365 Integration -Ensures customers can integrate with Microsoft Office regardless of deployment method. Enabling Success Sage CRM 7.2 delivers a host of exciting new features and enhancements that help you leverage the latest trends in mobility, Social CRM and business collaboration. The mobile suite now includes two new mobile Apps for the iphone and Windows 8, while the Social CRM suite, which already integrates with key social media applications including LinkedIn and Twitter, is enhanced further with new social capabilities that allow Sage CRM teams to gain customer insights from Facebook. Sage CRM Sales Lite for Apple iphone Sage CRM's new native app for the iphone provides you with real-time data to help manage your business relationships, even when out of coverage. Sage CRM Sales Lite for the iphone provides acces to customer information, tasks and appointments, along with the ability to track and log outbound calls, s and SMS activities, all from your mobile phone. Sage CRM Sales Tracker for Windows 8 Sage CRM Sales Tracker for Windows 8 gives you access to your Sage CRM Company, Person and Opportunity records from your Windows 8 Tablet device. You can build a watch list of opportunities key to your pipeline and drill down to record details to get a full picture of the opportunity you are working with. Sage CRM Sales Tracker can also be accessed via a Windows 8 PC. Business Collaberation powered by Yammer Business collaboration across teams using Sage CRM is now possible with new social-style collaboration powered by Yammer. Teams can now collaborate with Yammer to discuss opportunities, leads and support cases in a more social and transparent manner. Yammer also helps employees to stay on top of relevant conversations happening across the business and loop in relevant team members when necessary. Sage CRM for Facebook In addition to LinkedIn and Twitter, you can now gain further customer insights from Facebook. All three social media channels can now be used to listen, engage and learn about your customers and prospects, without having to leave your Sage CRM. Smarter Reporting Sage CRM 7.2 offers smarter reporting with enhanced features built to enable faster, secure, customised reports, quickly populated with the latest CRM information. Rich new graphic charts and report cloning capabilities enable you to quickly create visual reports with interactive graphs, for at-a-glance business insight and informed decision-making. 5
