Leonard, Ph.D. Roundtable Registration Opens Edgeworth Economics, L.L.C. 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Patent Damages Roundtable 3:45 PM to 4:05 PM Networking Break This roundtable, consisting of damages experts, litigators and in-house counsel who are thought leaders on patent damages, is one of three similar discussions being held across the United States. The panelists will engage in an open exchange of ideas to improve the manner in which the financial and damages aspects of cases are handled and creatively explore methodologies and best practices for determining reasonable royalty damages in a way that makes sense, is fair and is practical. If we could determine a perfect paradigm for determining reasonable royalty damages, what would it look like? What role, if any, would the Georgia-Pacific factors, the hypothetical negotiation construct, apportionment, the definition of the smallest saleable patent practicing unit, prior licenses, surveys and other currently-used tools have in that ideal paradigm? A separate Roundtable registration and fee is required. Seating is limited, so register early! James E. Malackowski Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ocean Tomo, LLC Paul K.
