Conference Registration Information Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the first seminar begins at 8:00 a.m. The last session will end just before 5:00 p.m. In an effort to go green, presentations will be provided on USB stick for registrants to take with them or use in the conference. 5 Guest Speaker Biographies SA Stephen Smith SA Smith entered on duty with the FBI in April of 1990 and received his first field assignment to the Wilmington Resident Agency of the FBI at Wilmington, North Carolina. In 1999 SA Smith received a transfer to the FBI s Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) where he served as a Logistics Agent for the FBI s Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). In 2001 SA Smith became an FBI Firearms Instructor and helped to train FBI New Agent Trainees at the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. In 2005, SA Smith transferred to the FBI Academy s Leadership Development Institute (LDI) where he taught Leadership and Ethics to senior police officers attending the FBI s National Academy Course. In 2009 SA Smith received his Office of Preference Move to the Spartanburg Resident Agency of the FBI at Spartanburg, South Carolina. SA Smith s primary investigative duties at Spartanburg include drug investigations and domestic terrorism investigations throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. SA Smith remains an Adjunct Faculty member of the FBI Academy s training staff, and participates in command colleges throughout the nation and at the International Law Enforcement Justice Academy (ILEA) at Budapest, Hungary. SA Smith is a 1985 graduate of San Diego State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science. In 2004 SA Smith earned his Master s degree in Adult Education from the University of Virginia. In 2013 SA Smith was awarded an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) terminal degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. Upon graduation from college in San Diego in 1985, SA Smith was commissioned as an Officer of Marines and served as an Artillery Officer in Okinawa, Japan for several years. SA Smith also previously served as an enlisted Marine at 4th Tanks in San Diego and achieved meritorious promotion to the rank of Corporal before earning his commission as a 2nd Lt of Marines in SA Smith is committed to the concept of lifelong adult learning and has primary research interests in the fields of personality and emotional intelligence. He is also a strong advocate of physical fitness and has completed three Marine Corps Marathons and one half-marathon. Crystal Climer Crystal Climer holds a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Crystal has had a progressive career holding roles including Controller and CFO. She has worked in a variety of industries including insurance, manufacturing and distribution. She currently works as a Director of Finance/Accounting in Charlotte, NC. Crystal takes her work and personal life in stride while raising two daughters with her husband outside of Charlotte, NC.

6 Guest Speaker Biographies (Cont d) Yash Bhatia Yash Bhatia is the President of Datos Consulting, LLC, a supply chain consulting firm specializing in analytics, set up with the goal to harness the power of data, information, and knowledge to facilitate companies in making the right decisions. Datos Consulting s service offerings are consulting services, advanced analytical tools, and supply chain talent for meeting business challenges. Datos Consulting s product offerings are commercially available Supply Chain Software for Forecasting, Transportation and Warehouse / Distribution Optimization, and Simulation which can be deployed as On-Premises or Cloud Based models. Yash has over a decade of experience in data analysis and facilitating decision making to deliver business results within the supply chain and logistics domain for Fortune 500 Companies such as BMW Manufacturing, Michelin, Henkel, Sealed Air, AkzoNobel, and Kimberly Clark to name a few. He addresses strategic and operational challenges by applying quantitative modeling and analysis to profitability assessment, supply chain engineering, transportation optimization, strategic network design, inventory management strategies and warehousing / distribution operations. Yash holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, Kansas and a B.E. in Production Engineering from University of Mumbai, India. Warren Kitchens A Director in the Dixon Hughes Goodman Atlanta office, Warren leads the firm s Fixed Asset Services practice, which integrates capital investment planning, cost segregation, fixed asset reviews, and repair vs. capital services. He has 20 years of experience, including over 15 years with Big Four accounting firms, and has successfully defended his work before the IRS. Warren s experience includes complex industrial projects ranging in cost from $10 million to $1 billion. In addition, he assisted a global chemical company and a separate paper and pulp manufacturer with assessment and implementation of 263a. Warren is a recognized speaker on the practical application of the new tangible property regulations and helps taxpayers with system and process changes required by the new guidance.

7 Guest Speaker Biographies (Cont d) Pam Alexander Pam is a proven leader with over 20 years of international business experience across a variety of industries. Pam joined Sealed Air Corporation after a successful career with The Draexlmaier Group, the largest Tier 1 Automotive supplier to BMW North America as well as other premium automotive makers in the NAFTA region. At Draexlmaier, she was the North American Corporate Controller and oversaw all controlling and cost accounting activities in the NAFTA Region. During her first five years as Global Vice President of Finance for the Shrink Packaging division of Sealed Air Corporation, Pam was a key member of the global Leadership Team responsible for all aspects of the division including finance. In early 2012, Pam took the opportunity to become the Global VP of Commercial Excellence helping all Sealed Air Divisions accelerate margin & cash improvement. She was responsible to develop and continuously improve the tools and infrastructure that enable the global organizational capability in Price & Margin Management. In late 2014, Pam was selected for a key leadership role in the Product Care division. She is the North America Vice President / General Manager of the General Packaging segment. This division is approx. $550M in annual revenue. She has direct responsibility of the Sales organization and partial responsibility for the Marketing organization that supports the General Packaging segment. She is accountable to deliver the full Profit & Loss results expected for the General Packaging segment. Pam is a hands-on, passionate and energetic leader. These traits have enabled her to progress through her career as described above.
