VOICE AND DATA SERVICES Wilton Centre has leading edge ready-to-occupy ICT infrastructure and is cabled to enable connection to a number of ADSL broadband suppliers. We can supply up to 1Gbps broadband as well as a voice over IP telephone service. The IP telephone service includes call control services such as call forwarding, message waiting, conference calling and advanced voic . We also provide a hot desk facility which allows users to log in to the phone with their ID and user profiles ideal for job sharing or desk sharing workers. AMENITIES We have an excellent selection of catering and hospitality facilities designed to suit businesses and individuals. These include the lakeside restaurant, coffee lounge and retail shop as well as a hospitality service. The restaurant offers everything from a full English breakfast, to hot and cold lunches or a sit down meal with clients. The menu features a variety of international cuisine and home made produce as well as soups, salads, hot paninis, jacket potatoes and delicious main courses with vegetarian options. As an alternative you can grab a quick coffee and muffin from our informal coffee lounge which offers a range of hot beverages as well as cookies, muffins and confectionery. MEETING AND COMMUNICATION SPACES Wilton Centre provides a range of space for small and large meetings as well as corporate seminars and training events, all available to both tenants and non-tenants. Conference rooms are equipped with a range of audio visual equipment, flip-charts, WiFi and telephone access. The 125 seat lecture theatre is the perfect setting for creative presentations and offers state-of-the-art audio visual technology and a fitted stair lift to provide access for all. Adjoining the lecture theatre is a flexible exhibition area, ideal for large scale receptions, presentations, workshops and training events. Fully furnished, the area offers comfortable seating for up to 70 delegates. A video conferencing studio allows up to ten delegates to communicate around the world. 9 PROCESS INNOVATION AT THE HOME OF BUSINESS AND SCIENCE THE CENTRE FOR PROCESS INNOVATION The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) is a UKbased technology innovation centre and part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult. It has been based at Wilton Centre since CPI s knowledge in science and engineering, combined with state of the art facilities enables clients to develop, prove, prototype and scale up the next generation of products and processes. The open innovation model enables clients to develop products and prove processes with minimal risk. CPI provides assets and expertise so its customers can demonstrate processes and prove feasibility before substantial investment in capital equipment and training is required. New products and processes can be proven; on paper, in the lab and in the plant before being manufactured at an industrial scale. By utilising CPI s proven assets and expertise companies can take their products and processes to market faster. There is no down time in production as all of the process development is completed offsite and our technology transfer teams can help to transfer the product or process into full scale production. CPI works across a distinct set of technologies that offer the largest potential impact on the future of manufacturing: industrial biotechnology, anaerobic digestion, printable electronics, biologics and formulations. CPI AS PART OF THE HIGH VALUE MANUFACTURING CATAPULT The High Value Manufacturing Catapult brings together individual centres of collaborative research to create something even greater than the sum of its parts a single network covering high-value sectors from pharmaceuticals to power generation, where knowledge gained in one area can be transferred to another. 10 PILOT PLANT AND SCALE UP FACILITIES AT THE HOME OF BUSINESS AND SCIENCE Excellent opportunities to scale up from laboratory operations are provided by the buildings in Wilton Centre s Technical Development Area (TDA). These are suitable for chemical and pilot plants, experimental rigs, machine testing and light industrial activity. Over 100,000 sq ft (9,300 m 2 ) in buildings with roof heights up to 14m. The TDA has been designed to house many development work disciplines, and most aspects of experimental development can be carried out in a safe and secure environment. Access to professional safety advice, chemical analysis, project design and construction is also available within the Wilton Centre.
