NEIU #19 Budget It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the NEIU #19 Budget for the school year with the estimated share from Western Wayne School District at $83, There is no increase from last year. 14. Joint Purchasing It is recommended that the Board of Education authorize the participation of the Western Wayne School District in the joint purchasing of copy paper and #2 fuel oil through N.E.I.U. # School Resource Officer It is recommended that the Board of Education direct the Superintendent to pursue a Contract with the Pennsylvania State Police for the use of a School Resource Officer for the school year at an approximate cost of $81, per year which includes all Resource Officer expenses including compensation, benefits, Workers Compensation, general liability insurance and training. 16. Overnight Class Trips It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following overnight class trips for the school year: a. First Robotics Regional Competition Hatboro-Horsham High School March 1-3, 2012 Brian Landry/Pat Farley b. TSA State Leadership Conference Seven Springs PA April 18-21, Approval of Chaperones It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following chaperones: a. National Honor Society Baltimore MD May 3-5, 2012 additional chaperones Tim McClure and Shelly Jonas b. First Robotics Regional Competition March 1-3, 2012 Brian Landry, Patrick Farley c. Choreographer It is recommended that the Board of Education add the position of Choreographer to the High School Musical/Drama Memorandum of Understanding with the Western Wayne Education Association at the salary of $ for the school year. 19. Service Agreement It is recommended that the Board of Education approve a Service Agreement with Western Wayne School District and Adams Cable Service for Broadband Internet Service (25 Mbps) at the rate of $ per month for three years. This is a cost reduction of $ per month and the services are ERATE eligible. 20. Service Agreement It is recommended that the Board of Education approve a Service Agreement between Western Wayne School District and Verizon PRI telecommunications from April 2013 to June 30, The monthly rate is reduced from $640 to $430. These funds are covered under ERATE. 21. Waiver of Expulsion Hearing and Stipulation It is recommended that the Board of Education adopt the proposed Waiver of Expulsion Hearing and Stipulation relating to student # , thereby excluding the student from the Western Wayne School District in accordance with the terms thereof. 22. Job Description It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the job description for the position of Assistant School Nurse. 23. Personnel a. District Substitute List It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the following personnel to be added to the District Substitute List for the school year per Certification, Act 34/151/114 Guidelines, Employment Eligibility Verification U.S. Department of Justice: 1. Michele Barr Area: Custodial 2. Jason Bowman Area of Certification: Health & Physical Education 4

Business Manager Employment Agreement It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Employment Agreement between the Western Wayne School District and Business Manager Rose Emmett effective July 01, c. Appointment Mentor Teacher It is recommended that the Board of Education appoint the following Mentor Teacher for the Second Semester of the school year at the salary listed in the Professional Employees Contract: MENTOR PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE SALARY 1.
