1 Mr. UZUN was born in 1959 in Sivas. He started his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Forestry in Istanbul University in 1978 and completed it in He completed his master program in Landscape Planning at the Institute of Science and Technology in Yildiz Technical University in He attended the Department of Landscape Architecture at the Faculty of Forestry in Istanbul University, as a research assistant in 1986 and completed his PhD in Landscape Architecture in He became an assistant professor in Prof. Dr. Adnan UZUN Department of Landscape Architecture adnan.uzun@isikun.edu.tr The Department of Landscape Techniques was established in 1993 and he has worked as the Head of the Department since it was founded. He became an associate professor in Landscape Architecture in 1995 and became a professor. in the same faculty in He has been the head of the Landscape Architecture Department at the Faculty of Forestry in Istanbul University since (4th term) He is conducting Project III, Project VI, Landscape Analysis and Assessment, Roof and Terrace Gardens in Landscape Architecture Department; Landscape Architecture Regional Planning Principles and Landscape Architecture Environmental Impact Assessment courses in the master program at the Institute of Science and Technology in Istanbul University. He also gave lectures in the Department of Landscape Architecture in Abant Izzet Baysal University and at the Institute of Science in Istanbul Technical University. He participated in courses in the Department of Planning and Landscape Architecture Clemson University (USA) as a visitor professor in He is member of ECLAS (European Council of Landscape Architecture) and contact person. He participated conferences and symposiums in Europe and China. He is still the head of PEMKON (Council of Landscape Architects) He is giving lectures in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Isik University.
