The TEENLINE is equipped with the CO features of TOLL NET, Touch-Tone and Three-Way Calling. One listing, the Additional Main Listing, is included with the TEENLINE. 2. Regulations a. b. c. The customer must have a prima~ residence flat rate service on the same premises to subscribe to TEENLINE Service. TEENLINE Semite is provided subject to the availability of existing facilities. Description OPTION CALL Service provides a combination of telecommunication services in packages to residence customers. A monthly rate is billed to the customer based upon the option chosen and additional usage charges are billed if the package limit is exceeded. Packages available are Unlimited II and Measured Usage 3, 6, or Regulations a. b. c. d. e. f. g Residence customers that subscribe to a grandfathered OPTION CALL Service and who relocate within the state of Wyoming can continue to subscribe to the grandfathered service at the new location. OPTION CALL Service is available only on individual line service. OPTION CALL Sewice requires special CO equipment and is fhnished only in exchanges where facilities are available. OPTION CALL Service will not be offered with WATS, Toll Station, Service Station, Foreign Central Office (FCO), or Foreign Exchange (FX) services. Other toll discount plans not specifically listed in individual packages are not available. Substitution of OPTION CALL services with non-option CALL services will not be permitted. Other telecommunication services are available for use at the rates and charges specified in this Tariff, except as othenvise excluded in this section

Description The IOD feature identifies all outgoing lists such calls on the customer s bill. long distance calls by station number and B. Regulations 1. This feature maybe provided in addition to regular, FCO or FX circuit rates and charges where CO facilities are available and the PBX system or customerprovided switching equipment capabilities permit. 2. The provision of this feature requires that the customer subscribe to a sufficient number of trunk facilities to adequately handle the volume of outgoing calls. 3. As of February 15, 1981, Identified outward Dialing (IOD) may not be offered without DID being provided. 4. The IOD feature contemplates that outgoing long distance calls will be identified by station number and that such calls will be listed on the customer s bill. Customers with OIOD service and customer-provided equipment are responsible for providing and updating station statistics and numbers for main stations in sufficient detail on a monthly basis to allow the Company adequate detail for billing purposes.
