10 Data storage (Manual): OVC Archives Educazione + istruzione = sviluppo Manual Each family with one file starting with the primary child followed by the siblings files Each child having all information concerning them in one jacket in the order of latest information infirst on top (including enrollment forms, photos, correspondences with sponsor, SWAR, school reports etc) Each family filed in the group that they are supported in following their code order The group/partners filed according to alphabetical order following the abbreviation name of the partner e.g. SOR, DEF, AMKA, JUJ, HOM

It leads to ownership of processes John Bosco- a social worker said, The tools like the data capture form, have helped me to change the way I do my work, am able to know which children have received which activity in just a quick glance and so I plan my work better I know that going to a home visit will help me to monitor the way in which the child is growing and whether what I am doing has any impact at all. I no longer visit because AVSI needs it. I visit for myself as a social worker. Have a similar filing system (something that can be comparable and quickly run through when looking for data). The AVSI social workers work with the partners social workers and even bring them for exposure visits to the office to give them a chance to see the filing methods in place.
