5 Teaching and Learning: Seeking to harness the research strengths of colleagues across disciplines, the Department successfully pursued implementation of a minor in European Literature and Culture housed in Languages, Literatures, and Cultures. The program was approved by Senate. The Department took on the administration of the new Liberal Arts Program. Professor Bolongaro is the director of the Liberal Arts Program.
