1 Log into the End User CommPortal Open Internet browser (e.g., Internet Explorer) Browse to Enter the following: Number: end user s 10-digit phone number Password: initial password provided by POPP Click [Login] POPP.com, Inc. All rights reserved. Service or POPP Page 1 of 11 5/21/15

2 Change Password Click [Settings] Click [change] next to Account Password Current Password: enter your current password New Password: enter your new password (must contain one letter, one number, and one special character) Confirm New Password: enter your new password Click [Confirm] to save POPP.com, Inc. 3 Click to Dial Click the Call button Make a call to: enter the 10-digit phone number to call, type a name, or select from drop-down From: leave this field set to [My Phone] to call from your Cisco telephone or click [Change] and enter a [10-digit phone number] to place the call from (home phone, cell phone, etc.). Click [Dial] to initiate the call. The telephone you are calling from will ring (Cisco telephone, home phone, cell phone, etc.). Answer the telephone and the call will be placed to the destination phone number. Example: Use your home phone to make a call using your Cisco telephone phone number. POPP.com, Inc. 4 Change Telephone Button Programming Click [Settings] Click [set keys] Click [Edit] Hover over the [Key] to be configured. Keys that glow blue can be configured. Keys that glow red cannot be configured. Click on the [Key] to be configured Use this button for: select the desired function Enter/select the following (if applicable): o telephone number: enter 10-digit phone number o park orbit: select a park orbit o extension: select extension o Paging group: select paging group o line: select line Label: enter a label to appear on the phone display Character limits for each telephone model are: o Cisco SPA 504G and 514G 23 characters o Cisco SPA 508G 10 characters o Cisco SPA 525G 26 characters Click [OK] to save Reboot your telephone: unplug the telephone cord from the back of the phone and then plug it back in POPP.com, Inc. 5 Change Ring Tone Note: Ring tones must be changed through the End User CommPortal. Ring tones changed through the physical telephone will not be saved for more than 24 hours. Click [Settings] Click [set keys] Click [Edit] Click on the Table View icon Click on [Alerting Types] Click on [Alerting Line 1] Click on [Alerting Type Normal] Click on [Ring #] next to Audible Indicator User ring tone: select ring tone using the chart below: Cisco SPA 504G, 508G, 514G Telephone Models Cisco SPA 525G Telephone Models Ring Option Description Ring Option Description Silent No Ring Tone Silent No Ring Tone Ring 1 Classic 1 Ring 1 Cisco Synth Ring 2 Classic 2 Ring 2 Retro Ring 3 Classic 3 Ring 3 Office Ring 4 Classic 4 Ring 4 Analog Synth Ring 5 Simple 1 Ring 5 Are You There Ring 6 Simple 2 Ring 6 Chime Ring 7 Simple 3 Ring 7 Clock Shop Ring 8 Simple 4 Ring 8 Film Score Ring 9 Simple 5 Ring 9 Koto Effect Ring 10 Office Ring 10 Piano Click on [Save changes] to save or click on [Discard Changes] to cancel. If you have multiple line appearances on your telephone, repeat the process above for each line (Alerting 2,3,4, etc.) Reboot your telephone: unplug the telephone cord from the back of the phone and then plug it back in POPP.com, Inc. 6 Log In/Out of a Multi Line Hunt Group (MLHG) Select [Groups] from the task bar Select the MLHG you wish to log in/out of from the Group Membership window Information for the group displays, including the total number of lines in the group, and your line s current status. To change status, select the [Login] or [Logout] link. Note: Line must be enabled for Log In/Out by the business group administrator POPP.com, Inc. All rights reserved. 7 View and Change Address (for Voice Mail to and Fax to ) Click [Settings] Click [Messages] To Delete an Address: Click [remove] Click [Apply] to save To Edit an Address: Click [edit] Enter address Click [Add] Click [Apply] to save To Add an Address: Click [add an address] (maximum 20 s) Enter address Click [Add] to save Click [Apply] to save Leave Original in Inbox: Check this box to keep a copy of the message in the voice mail box. 8 Download Call Logs Click [Messages & Calls] Click [Missed] Click [Export] Check/Uncheck the boxes next to [Received], [Missed], [Dialed], and [Rejected] so that only the Lists that you want to export are selected. Click [Export] to download the.csv file Click [Open] to view the call log file in MS Excel or [Save] to save Note: For dialed calls, only records of the last 10 calls are available for export. For missed, received and rejected calls, records of the last 60 days of calls (up to a maximum of 500 calls across all types) are available for export. POPP.com, Inc. All rights reserved. 9 Call Manager Standard View and Change Call Manager Settings Click [Call Manager] Forward All Calls Click [Forwarding] Check [Forward Calls Immediately] box Forward calls to: enter [10-digit phone number] to forward all calls to Click [Apply] to save POPP.com, Inc. 10 Forward Calls if You Do Not Answer or When Your Line is Busy Click [Busy/No Answer] Hosted IP Phone System To forward calls to the same phone number when you do not answer and when your line is busy: o Leave the [Use same call forwarding configuration for both services] box checked o Check the [Forward calls if you do not answer] box o Forward calls to: enter [10-digit phone number] to forward calls to if you do not answer or if your line is busy o Forward unanswered call after: enter [# of seconds] you would like your line to ring before forwarding to the designated number (1 ring = approximately 6 seconds) Note: Number of seconds must be fewer than the number of seconds before incoming calls are forwarded to voice mail (see Messages tab for number of seconds before incoming calls are forwarded to voice mail) o Click [Apply] to save To forward calls when you do not answer: o Uncheck the [Use same call forwarding configuration for both services] box o Check the [Forward calls if you do not answer] box o Forward calls to: enter [10-digit phone number] to forward calls to if you do not answer o Forward unanswered call after: enter [# of seconds] you would like your line to ring before forwarding to the designated number (1 ring = approximately 6 seconds) Note: Number of seconds must be fewer than the number of seconds before incoming calls are forwarded to voice mail (see Messages tab for number of seconds before incoming calls are forwarded to voice mail) o Click [Apply] to save POPP.com, Inc.
