He was previously CEO of AXA Life Insurance Co. Japan, Non-Executive Director of AXA. Asia Pacific Holdings and Chairman of National Mutual Funds Management. Paul has been successful in turnaround management, implementing customer-centric strategies and developing alternate distribution channels COO Steve Hitchcock Steve s experience in life insurance spans 30 years and encompasses direct, intermediated and group channels. These include general management, direct sales, marketing, product, pricing, actuarial, reinsurance and administration. Steve worked at TAL (formerly Tower) and insuranceline. CEO Anthony Brown An MBA Qualified Chartered Accountant, Anthony has over 25 years experience with wide-ranging responsibilities. 5 Straightforward products and simple service you can rely on. Our products in more detail: Term Life Income Protection Maximum sum insured $15m Monthly benefit payable in the event that the Life Lump sum payable in the event of death whilst policy in force Insured is disabled due to injury or sickness and unable to work Indexation of benefits annually by a minimum of 3%, and maximum 5% prior to age 60 Maximum sum insured $25,000 per month ($300,000 per annum) Terminal illness also included if evidence received confirming life expectancy of 12 months or less (capped at $1m) Indexation of benefits annually by a minimum of 3%, and maximum 5% prior to age 60 (capped at $15,000 per month) Benefits cease age 85 Specified Injuries and sickness benefit of 3 or 6 months, depending on waiting period; not Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Maximum sum insured $3m Lump sum payable in the event of Total and Permanent Disablement whilst the policy is in force Indexation of benefits annually by a minimum of 3%, and maximum 5% prior to age 60 (capped at available for waiting period >90 days Recurring disablement benefits Rehabilitation Benefit up to 6 months benefits Spouse benefit Claim benefit increase s after 12 months on claim, lesser of CPI or 5% Own Occupation first 2 years, then Any Occupation Partial Disablement benefit $1m) Cover ceases Any occupation covered Benefits ceased at age 75, ADL definition from age 65. Minimum 25 hours working per week Business Expenses Monthly benefit payable in the event that the Life Our products NobleOak manufactures and distributes the following products through our wholly owned subsidiary, Noblelink: Term Life pays a lump sum on death or the diagnosis of a terminal illness. Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) pays a lump sum if the policyholder becomes disabled and is unable to ever work again. Trauma (Critical Illness Insurance) pays a lump sum on the diagnosis or occurrence of one of a list of specific illnesses Income Protection provides a replacement income of up to 75% of current income if the policyholder is unable to work due to illness or injury. A policyholder may also elect to acquire an additional 10% on top of the 75% for superannuation contributions whilst on claim. Business Expenses provides a benefit for self-employed people and business owners if they are unable to work due to sickness or injury. Up to 100% of allowable expenses that a business is likely to incur can be insured. Trauma Maximum sum insured $2m 37 insured benefits Coronary artery angioplasty is 25% of benefit capped at $25k. Indexation of benefits annually by a minimum of 3%, and maximum 5% prior to age 60 (capped at $1m) Benefits cease age 70 Insured is disabled due to injury or sickness and unable to work Benefit is the lesser of monthly benefit and 1/12 of the Allowable Business Expenses incurred during preceding 12 months. Maximum sum insured $25,000 per month ($300,000 per annum) No indexation Partial Disablement benefit Complicated pregnancy included Waiver of premium Cover ceases at policy anniversary after age 65 such as heart attack, cancer or stroke. 8 with you for life 9

This has created a significant burden on families suffering hardship and pressure on our social security system. 1 in 5 men and 1 in 7 women will suffer a critical illness by 64 years.
