Campbell, KY Sergeant Taught multiple classes to troops as a Non-Commissioned Officer. o Led a multitude of classes, in a classroom setting, to field artillery and infantry counterparts on technical perspectives and procedures of requesting artillery fire. o Provided classes on state-of-the-art equipment as it was distributed for use in combat operations. o Led classes on safety procedures for field operations. o Assisted in giving classes on first aid; communications systems and techniques; training soldiers to operate protective nuclear, biological and chemical protective gear. o Worked with other non-commissioned officers by training soldiers to maintain top physical condition. o Provided presentations to mentees to assist in financial responsibility. o Provided counseling to mentees on stress, family issues, financial problems and methods to improve job performance.
