UY O NG: ewlett-packard (P) and ompanion Data ervices (D) have been functioning under the authority granted to them by the nterprise Data enter (D) DQ. This contract vehicle has lapsed and has been replaced by the Virtual Data enter (VD) DQ. New task orders have been awarded to P and D for the Part and the Part B ee for ervice () Processing ystems. The edicare dministrative ontractor (/B ) defined within this shall be realigned, creating a distribution that calls for four workloads to move to the P VD and two workloads to be moved the D VD. The workload numbers for these s will not be changing with this realignment. Background: The ewlett-packard (P) Data enter shall transition four Part and Part B edicare dministrative ontractor (/B ) Jurisdictions from the ompanion Data ervices (D) Data enter as part of the Virtual Data enter (VD) contract start-up. The D Data enter shall transition two Part workloads from the P Data enter; both were formerly WP Legacy Workloads. The transitions will be approximately three months in duration and the will be staggered across the remaining 2013 calendar year and the first quarter of The P VD shall transition to a production environment, the below /B Jurisdictions on the dates indicated below: 1. G dministrators LL, J15 Ohio and Kentucky Part Workloads on 10/28/13 and Ohio and Kentucky Part B Workloads on 11/18/13, 2. Wisconsin Physicians ervices (WP), J8 ndiana and ichigan Part and Part B Workloads on 11/25/13, 3. Noridian ealthcare olutions, J laska, Oregon, Washington and daho Part and Part B Workloads on 02/24/14, 4. National Government ervices (NG), JK New York and onnecticut Part Workloads on 03/17/14 and New York and onnecticut Part B Workloads on 03/24/14. The D VD shall transition to a production environment, the below /B Jurisdiction on the dates indicated below: 1. Novitas olutions nc., J former WP Part Legacy olorado, New exico, Oklahoma and Texas Workloads on 3/24/14, 2. Novitas olutions nc., JL former WP Part Legacy District of olumbia, Delaware, aryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Workloads on 03/24/14. The Part and Part B ee for ervice () Operating ystem supporting files shall be transferred from the /B s existing VD to the incumbent VD along with any existing non-base job functionality specific to the /B. The /B staff and end users shall be granted the same security access, equal to the access currently available at their existing VD. n most cases, the existing log on identification will be crossed over to the incumbent VD with the only task being the creation a fresh password.

4 The incumbent VD shall establish and support the Unit cceptance Testing (UT) egion, Production imulation egion, and Production egion for both the Part and Part B operating systems. The /B will have the responsibility of performing online file validation and end to end testing for each one of these environments in addition to supporting Production utover ctivities. The incumbent VD shall insure files are updated appropriately for entities where data is exchanged, via batch or interactive such as but not limited to the following: 1.
