Highest Density Siemon Command Center enclosures provide high capacity in a small space. As an example, consider that Siemon s 10 inch Command Center kit can distribute up to four incoming telephone lines to a maximum of eleven locations throughout the home, video signals to eight locations, and data to six locations. This capacity represents superior value the best bang for the buck. Open Design The Command Center enclosures are designed such that the homeowner can select, purchase, install and configure their favorite brand of active equipment (such as a network hub, router, gateway or switch). This gives the homeowner the flexibility to choose the equipment configuration that best suits their needs. 2

3 The Package Approach The Approach Residential structured cabling systems can be very complicated. Siemon simplifies design and specification by recommending base packages that contain all the elements needed to configure a high performance cabling system for most types of homes. Each package contains the essentials of a residential structured cabling system: The heart of the system Siemon Command Center enclosure and panels from which telephone (voice, fax, dial-up modem), video (CATV, satellite, cameras. etc.), and data networking (internet-sharing, printer-sharing, etc.) services are distributed. Outlets and faceplate kits that provide the services in each room. Based on the size of the home and the features desired by the customer, the Bronze Package can be expanded to distribute services throughout the residence. The Bronze Package Base is configured to offer distribution of telephone service to three (3) locations and television service to two (2) locations.
