We also have been active for many years in the design and manufacture of our own equipment. We can show more than 50 years of proven experience in domestic and international markets bringing together our customers and the manufacturers we represent endeavouring to focus our specific attention to price competitiveness and the achievement of a reasonable profit. 4 Business units Environmentally friendly, our aim is to clean flue gas before it is released into the atmosphere. For this purpose, we put at your service turn-key products designed by us or under license: elevated and ground flares, horizontal and vertical incinerators with and without energy recovery, DeNO x systems, combustors, vapor recovery units (VRU), biogas plants, etc. Within the activity of representation and distribution which we initiated over 50 years ago, we put at your disposal a wide range of blue chip equipment. We also have the capacity to supplement with ancillary and/or auxiliary equipment the supply of vacuum systems, compression and control and measurement stations, etc. As always, we can also include installation, supervision, commissioning and maintenance. A first level line based on the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of turn-key anti-fire protection systems and integrated security facilities including perimeter protection, video surveillance (CCTV) or public address (PA).

6 Means-Capabilities PREMATECNICA uses for their developments Ansys Fluent software, a leading software tool that allows us to analyze the design of lifting surfaces, fuselaged bodies, interactions between them, complete configurations, ducts, vents, radiation, combustion processes, turbo-machinery, heat transfer, etc. Moreover, we have among others, a potent supporting tool as FlareSim, a world spread software which allows us the optimization and/or development of products and processes through numerical modeling.

7 Certifications-Homologations In 1992, the Company already had a Quality Assurance Manual incorporating the suggestions of our major customers in the refining industry and nuclear. Subsequently, the Company obtained the approval by BSI UNE- EN-ISO-9001:2008, prior to its current certification by Bureau Veritas in design and manufacture of torches and combustion equipment, marketing and technical support teams, machines, tools and systems for the process industries and such. The Company is also a oficially acredited fire protection maintenance and installations entity. And has, among others, RePro certification, as a way to comply with the provisions on classification systems set forth in law 31/2007 about procurement procedures for the water, energy, transportation and telecommunications markets and GOST certifications, for operations in the Russian Federation and related countries.

10 Worldwide agents In 1980, we began our international expansion with the creation of PREMATECNICA DE MÉXICO, a decision framed in an internationalization process fully committed to a policy of global business and effective responses to the demands of our customers as part of the way we see our business and supported by a growing network of agents around the world and international partners.

This was the beginning of a new era for our Company.
