1 N. 1 CALL FOR RECRUITMENT FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF N. 7 TUTORING ACTIVITIES AT THE SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS MANAGEMENT AND STATISTICS FORLÌ CAMPUS FORLÌ VICE-PRESIDENCY DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: SEPTEMBER 3 RD 2014 at midday The Italian language version of the act is prevailing with regard to the exact interpretation of the rules contained within, also in case of potential disputes. ART.1 The School of Economics Management and Statistics - Forlì campus - of the University of Bologna, according to the art.2) of the Ministerial Decree 198 of , issues a call for recruitment based on qualifications and exams for 7 (seven) educational tutors for 300 (three hundreds) hours each for the following needs: Degree course in Economia e commercio : curriculum Economia e commercio Degree course in Economia e commercio : curriculum Economia e Gestione Aziendale Postgraduate degree course in Economia e Commercio Postgraduate degree course in Economia e Gestione Aziendale Postgraduate degree course in Economia e Gestione Aziendale international curriculum Business and administration Postgraduate degree course in Economia Sociale/Management dell economia sociale Orientation and internationalization activities Depending on organizational needs, the activities, to be agreed with the director of the degree course, with the teacher in charge of orientation and internationalization activities and in close cooperation with the Office of the Vice Presidency, will be organized as follows: a) Mediator between students and the learning structure to act as reference point for students normal and integrative learning activities; b) Analysis of problems that impede the regular study path; c) Personalized support to learning activities. The hours and activities foreseen have to be carried out during the a.y. 2014/15, for a minimum period of 6 months, and in connection with the needs of students enrolled in the degree courses of the School of Economics Management and Statistics- Forlì campus. The educational tutoring amounts to net (10.00 for each hour), indeed the sum is exempted from the payment of IRPEF tax (art.4 law 476/1984). The educational tutoring gives place to social security deductions and it is subjected to the tax rate foreseen by the regulations in force; social security deductions are totally at the expenses of the Athens. The educational tutoring is in no way an employment business collaboration and it gives no place to any evaluation for public open competitive exams. ART.2- Requirements for the assignment of educational tutorship: 1) Not to be older than 30 years old at the deadline for application (candidates cannot be turned in 30 years);
2 2) To be enrolled in one of the following degree courses of the University of Bologna for the a.y. 2014/15: A 2-year postgraduate degree course (Laurea Magistrale); In the last two years of a single cycle degree; In the last two year of the 4-year degree in Scienze della Formazione Primaria otherwise to be enrolled in a Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Forensi also in other universities for the a.y. 2014/15. It is possible to apply for the call for recruitment even if the enrollment is not concluded yet; the offices will check the enrollment after the selection process and it will be an essential condition to be appointed as tutor. It is possible to apply for the tutorships also for students enrolled for the a.y. 2014/15 in Specialization Schools (Scuole di Specializzazione) qualified to release academic or equivalent titles, even if different from the ones indicated at point 2). Anyway the applications submitted by this kind of students will be considered only if there are no applications by students indicated at point 2) ART.3 Candidates have to apply by September 3 rd 2014 at midday delivering the application form, printed and filled in on unstamped paper and addressed to the Vice-President of the School of Economics Management and Statistics Forlì campus - Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna P.le della Vittoria 15 - Forlì. In case the application is sent by post, the date of arrival and not the date of dispatch will be considered for the deadline. In case of personal deliver to the Vice-Presidency, in charge of receiving the applications, the date indicated in the receipt undersigned by the Vice-presidency staff will be considered. Applications can be directly delivered to the Vice-Presidency offices. Please note that the School is closed for summer holidays form August 4 th to 17 th included and in the other days of August it is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. To apply it is necessary to fill in the application form available at the webpage and in the Vice- Presidency. Furthermore it is necessary to enclose the following documents to the application form: - Curriculum vitae (according to the outline attached to the call and available on the University and School websites above mentioned); - Self-certification of exams already taken with the indication of ECTS credits taken, necessary for the merit evaluation (as better specified at art. 4.a) - Photocopy of a valid identity document. a) Italian and UE citizens can self-certify their academic and professional titles, according to the articles 46 and 47 of the Decree of the Presidency of the Republic 445/2000. b) Extra UE citizens, duly staying in Italy or authorized to stay in Italy, must comply with the clauses 2 and 3 of the art.3 of the Decree of the Presidency of the Republic 445/2000.
3 Outside the cases indicated at points a) and b), personal qualities and facts are certified by documents released by competent authorities of the foreign country, together with the translation in Italian, authenticated by the Italian consular authority. The Italian consular authority certifies that the documents comply with the original copies and informs the student about the penal consequences related to false acts and documents. The Administration could check if the candidates declarations are true. Besides the penalties foreseen by art. 76 of the Decree of the Presidency of Republic 445/2000, if it comes out that a declaration is false, the student will loose the eligibility for the tutoring activities. ART.4 The educational tutor will be appointed at the end of a selection process carried out by a Selection Board nominated by the Vice-President. The ranking will based on: a) The curriculum vitae and the qualifications below specified for a maximum of 40 points; b) The oral interview that can be evaluated up to 60 points. As for the qualifications, the following elements will be considered: - For the candidates enrolled in the 1 st year of a Post-graduate degree course: the bachelor final mark and the numbers of years to take it; - For the candidates enrolled in years following the first one of a Post-graduate course or for students enrolled at least in the fourth year of a single cycle postgraduate course: the number of ECTS credits taken at the deadline of the call (a penalty of 5 points is foreseen for students not aligned with the exam schedule fuori corso ); - For the candidates enrolled in the first year of Specialization School: the final mark of the postgraduate degree course or bachelor degree course of the old regulations, necessary for enrollment; - For the candidates enrolled in years following the first one in Specialization School, the results of the admission procedures for the a.y. 2014/15. The interview aims at evaluating the candidate s features and motivations in connection with the activities to carry out. The interview for the tutorship activities of the postgraduate degree course in Economics and Business Management curriculum Business and Administration can be carried out in English. The interview will take place on September 8 th at at the Vice-Precidency of the School (in P.le della Vittoria, 15 Forlì). Candidates who will not be present in the day, place and time established for the oral interview, will be automatically excluded from the ranking. In case two candidates obtain the same points, priority will be given to the younger one. ART. 5 The educational tutorship is compatible with the fruition of scholarships indicated by art 8 of the law of December 2 nd, n The educational tutorship is NOT compatible with the fruition of another research fellowships ex DM 198/2003, a teaching contract or another tutorship contracted according to art.10) of the Regulations for Adjunct lecturer. The incompatibility is referred to the academic year in which the tutorship is assigned.
4 The student will be able to carry out the part time collaboration (150 hours) only if the activities are carried out at different times and according to the needs of the structures. ART.6 The educational tutorship can be renewed for a second year for those tutors who respect the requirements foreseen at art. 2) ART.7 The evaluation board will send the memorandum of the evaluation sessions, of the oral interview and the final ranking to the University grants, prizes and subsidies of the University of Bologna (Ufficio Borse e Premi di Studio). The winners will be appointed by the Head of Administrative Division Area Didattica e Servizi agli Studenti according to the ranking expressed by the admission board and only after checking that the student is enrolled for the academic year 2014/15. The designation will be communicated to the winners and the connected provision will be available at the Sholarship office (Ufficio Borse di Studio). ART.8 The Scholarship office () of the Learning Area and Student Services ( Ufficio Borse di Studio dell Area Didattica e Servizi agli Studenti ) will formally communicate to the students that they are the winners of the tutorships by . Within the peremptory deadline of 10 days from the above mentioned communication by , the winners have to send to the University Administration the declaration where they accept without reservation the educational tutorship at the conditions indicated in the call for recruitment. Candidates who do not respect the deadline, will automatically loose their eligibility. Together with the declaration, the winners will have to explicitly assure, on their own responsibility, that the tutorship is not incompatible with one of the cases of incompatibility foreseen by the present call for recruitment. ART. 9 If a winner renounces to the tutorship after accepting, but before the starting of the activities, the tutorship will be made available to the eligible candidates, according to the ranking. If a winner renounces to the tutorship after the starting of the activities, the tutorship can be made available to the eligible candidates, according to the ranking, only if the number of hours to carry out is 150 at least. The surrender has to be communicated in writing within 10 days in advance, to the Vice-President of the School of Economics Management and Statistics of Forlì campus and to the Scholarship office ( Ufficio Borse e Premi di Studio ) ART.10 Tutors will loose their eligibility in the following cases: - Withdrawal from studies; - Transfer to another University (only for the tutors enrolled in a Postgraduate degree course or a Single cycle post-graduate degree course); - loss of student status (after graduation); - heavy shortcomings or lack of aptitude. The loss of tutorship will be declared by the Head of the Area Didattica e Servizi agli Studenti after a motivated proposal by the Vice-President of the School of Economics Management and Statistics Forlì campus.
5 ART. 11 Tutorships will be paid by 60 days from the receipt by the offices in charge of the payment, of the declaration that the tutor correctly carried out his/her activities, submitted by the Vice-President. ART.12 The personal data provided by applicants for the call, will be processed in compliance with the personal data protection and privacy protection rights, according to the Legislative Decree n. 196 of June 30th The data will be exclusively processed for the purposes related to the present call. The data will be processed both through IT systems and manually with paper tools. Personal data transmission is compulsory and the refusal can involve the exclusion from the call. The Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, Via Zamboni 33, Bologna is appointed to the personal data processing. The Vice President of the School of Economics Management and Statistics Forlì campus is responsible for the exercise of the rights foreseen by art. 7 of the above mentioned Decree. Responsible for the above mentioned data is also the Head of the Area Didattica e Servizi agli Studenti - Via Zamboni 33, Bologna. ART.13 The call is published on the School of Economics Management and Statistics website and posted in the Vice-presidency office.
