An amazing collection of resources for one low price! The GoVenture Platinum Subscription is only available to accredited K-12 schools in the USA. Price may change at any time, unless you have an active subscription that locks in your price. Subscription Fee: 99 per year The Subscription starts on the date your order is shipped and expires 4 weeks thereafter (includes a 2-week grace period). If you choose to purchase additional Subscription years in advance, your Subscription period will be extended by an additional 2 weeks multiplied by the number of additional years purchased. Your subscription must be renewed prior to expiration in order for you to continue to be eligible for the 99 per year Subscription renewal price. If you do not renew your Subscription, your school s right to use the GoVenture products and resources included with the Subscription shall cease as of the expiration date noted above. You agree to promptly stop using, uninstall, and destroy all GoVenture software and related materials included with the Subscription, and to promptly notify MediaSpark in writing that all of these actions have been taken. Failure to do all of these actions no later than 2 weeks after the expiration date will result in the automatic renewal of your Subscription, at which point MediaSpark shall invoice you 99 for a 1-year Subscription renewal that you agree to pay within 30 days, regardless of whether or not your school issues a Purchase Order. MediaSpark will make reasonable efforts to notify your school in advance of the expiration date, but it is solely your school s responsibility to take the required actions to avoid automatic renewal of your Subscription. You may choose not to renew your Subscription once your prepaid or preordered Subscription period has expired, but activated Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for full or partial refund. Special Discount for GoVenture Customers Keep your GoVenture license and add the Platinum Subscription at an additional discount. We will apply the entire value of your GoVenture license (based on current GoVenture prices) as a discount. The discount will be applied to a maximum of 400 each year of the Platinum Subscription. For example, if the value of your current GoVenture license is 700, you will receive a discount of 400 in the first year and 300 in the second year of the Platinum Subscription. This will reduce the yearly fee for the Platinum Subscription to 9 in the first year, 69 in the second year, and 99 each year thereafter. Keeping your existing GoVenture license is beneficial if you decide not to renew your Platinum Subscription in future years because you can simply revert back to using your existing license.
