SecurWorld partners have access to a range of revenue opportunities: product sales, recurring revenue from maintenance, professional services, training and customer support. In addition, many benefits are available to partners depending on tier status. SecurWorld Partners of any tier level have access to our Deal Registration Program, which offers Partners an additional upfront discount on deals they discover as well as cost protection on any deals that are registered. RSA Rewards offer additional financial incentives for partners Affiliate or higher. 5 Extensive Enablement & Support We support partners through every step of the sales cycle. RSA recognizes that a thorough understanding of the value of RSA s products is crucial for success. We require partners to complete different levels of training through our SecurWorld Academy accreditation and certification program to best prepare them to position the RSA value proposition. In addition to training, RSA has a broad scope of resources available to partners to provide supplemental knowledge, hands-on product experience, sales resources and troubleshooting support. RSA SecurWorld Academy provides comprehensive training in Sales, Technical and Post-Sales implementation. Most training is free and online, but instructor-led and virtual training are also available. Gain more product knowledge with edutube, an online video portal with supplemental training on RSA products & solutions, aligned with content consumed by RSA reps (all free). To provide further hands-on engagement with RSA s products, our Not for Resale (NFR) program offers partners hardware and software at a deep discount to install in their labs, with the intent that it can be leveraged for demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) among their security practitioners. Through RSA SecurCare Online (SCOL), partners have access to an online express route of technical information, solutions, and support, including patch downloads and product documentation. Partner Sales Center provides access to additional technical resources.the RSA Validation Center (RVC) is also found here, where you can demo RSA solutions in realistic applications. We constantly stay in touch with partners on program and product updates via our SecurWorld Communications, which span webcasts, alerts, Partner conferences, virtual events and newsletters. 5
