3 The PFLS group specialises in terminals for paying bills and buying top-up credit. Orange Caraïbe is one of its customers The customer pays using bank notes, coins or a bank card on terminals that are connected to the customer database in real time. PFLS s product offer is threefold The sale of terminals to Orange, who operate them The rental of terminals to Orange, who operate them Delegated management where PFLS is responsible for collection on behalf of Orange, which is not involved in any way in operating the terminal What sets PFLS apart from its competitors Terminal models with twin banknote acceptors and printers to increase the availability rate of the terminals The ergonomics of the user and operator application which effectively handles populations with only basic literacy skills High quality design of the terminals and service that integrates terminals stylishly into stores to apply the design charter and the logical circulation of payment flows Coupling with a supervision extranet including a CRM module which consolidates the payment schemas of the different types of customer, for subsequent use in enhanced customer relations 3 3
