1 1/5 The following courses are offered for the upcoming semester through the CU Nursing Extended Studies Campus. Students who are not matriculated into a degree program --including graduate certificate students-- can take nursing courses as a nondegree student through our Nondegree s by requesting enrollment. Things to keep in mind as you request enrollment: nondegree students are prioritized after degree students, and thus get seats on a space-available basis. If the quantity of seats listed below is 0 you may register into the wait-list to queue for any left over seats that open within drop/add period. Contact the Extended Studies Course Coordinator at or professional.development@ucdenver.edu with questions. The Extended Studies Tuition rate is $585 per credit hour. There may be other fees associated with these courses, so for a complete list of these, please see There are a number of payment options, including a payment plan; for more information on those options please contact the Bursar s Office directly at bursar@ucdenver.edu. Nondegree students are not eligible for financial aid. Employees using their CU Tuition Waiver Benefit (TWB): Courses marked "Eligible" in the TWB column are eligible for use with this benefit. See for relevant forms and regulations. Please make a note on your enrollment request that you intend to use a tuition waiver. Both the CU Employee and the College of Nursing's Preceptor Tuition Waiver Benefits require waiting until the first day of class to register. How to request enrollment as a nondegree seeking student: 1. Read through the Important Information and Frequently Asked Questions available at. 2. Select your desired classes from below. 3. Submit a New Student Enrollment Request Form or a Continuing Student Enrollment Request if you have taken a course through Professional Development within the last two semesters. You must submit a form each semester (see ). 4. Await confirmation from professional.development@ucdenver.edu. (We suggest you add this address as a contact to ensure proper delivery of confirmations. If you do not receive confirmation within three business days please us to confirm receipt.) Important Dates for the fall 2015 semester: Application Deadline: August 24, 2015 Enrollment Request Deadline: August 28, 2015 Extended Studies Registration Period: July 6 - August 31, 2015 Fall Semester: August 31 - December 18, 2015 Drop/add Period: August 3 - September 11, 2015** The office will be closed July 3, September 7, and November 26, Please plan accordingly. Drop/Add Period Notice: **Spetember 11, 2015 is the last day to drop a course and receive a full refund. After 5 p.m. on the last day of the drop/add period, you can no longer drop a course, and you will not receive any refunds. You are academically and financially responsible for all course(s), tuition, and fees. Following the drop/add period you may withdraw from courses by completing a Course Withdrawal Form. Should you choose to withdraw, you will receive a W on your transcript, and you will still be billed for the course, tuition and fees. All late registrations, those initiated after the drop/add period, will be assessed a $60.00 late fee and require instructor consent.
