1 PRODUCT OVERVIEW MITEL NetSolutions SIP Business Lines with Broadband ADSL Services Exclusively for the Mitel 3000 Communications Platform with Optional Broadband Module The Mitel 3000 provides big business communications capabilities for small businesses. Features such as conferencing, centralized voic and an automated attendant for greeting and routing incoming calls make communications more efficient while freeing you and your employees to focus on your core business. SIP Business Lines provide additional advanced features, affordable connectivity and reliable local and long distance communications services to augment the feature functionality of the Mitel 3000 and deliver a converged communications solutions for small businesses.

The included ADSL service also features Voice Optimized Access to prioritize your mission-critical voice traffic over any Internet access use or other applications. This ensures the maximum reliability and higher mean opinion scores for your voice communications services. Flexible Number of Voice Lines per Connection SIP Business Lines use the G.711 or G.729 codec to deliver from four to six voice call paths per broadband Internet access connection. This allows each ADSL connection with Voice Optimized Access to support up to six simultaneous voice conversations over each connection. Included Local Numbers**** Each SIP Business Line comes with one local number as a standard feature at no additional cost. These numbers can be allocated to existing numbers being ported or moved from an existing provider in the same rate zone or to new numbers that are assigned to the SIP Business Lines. D Data Channel Data Stream Equivalent Included SIP Business Lines use Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) to carry signaling and call control for the SIP Business Lines. SIP is an application layer control for VoIP as outlined in RFC 3261 issued by the IETF. This data stream will deliver inbound and outbound caller identification data as well as the Session Description Protocol which provides a description of the media content being delivered including the codec being used, etc. Unlimited Local Minutes The SIP Business Lines service includes unlimited local calling minutes. 3 Unlimited Outbound Domestic Interstate and Intrastate Long Distance Minutes*^ Each SIP Business Line includes unlimited outbound interstate and intrastate long distance to the domestic United States. Unlimited outbound domestic interstate and intrastate long distance means you can call wherever you want in all 50 states and the District of Columbia at no additional charge as an added benefit of your SIP Business Lines. This allows you to easily budget for your monthly telecommunications expense and ensure you never have any surprises when it comes to your monthly long distance costs. Discounted International Long Distance Minutes For international long distance calls that originate from the SIP Business Line, Mitel NetSolutions provides a flat rate discount of 20% off standard Switched International Long Distance rates. For all calls that originate or terminate on the Mitel NetSolutions customer account from other local lines not associated with the physical SIP Business Lines with Broadband Internet Access, the cost per minute will be billed at the standard, affordable Mitel NetSolutions Switched International Long Distance rates. Broadband Internet Access SIP Business Lines are dynamically allocated to share the bandwidth between your prioritized voice traffic and broadband Internet access. The SIP Business Line delivers fast downloads, Web browsing and any other Internet related services to your business with no additional monthly charge for the included Internet access. Outbound Caller ID Number** Outbound Caller ID Number service allows the outbound delivery of the telephone number of the SIP Business Line customer to be delivered to the called party. The caller s telephone number can be viewed on the display screen of the called party s CNAM-enabled/compatible customer premise equipment (CPE). The ultimate receipt and delivery of any caller ID feature is dependant upon the public switched telephone network and not guaranteed by Mitel NetSolutions. 4 PRODUCT OVERVIEW Inbound Caller ID Number** Inbound Caller ID Number allows for the inbound delivery of a calling party s number to the SIP Business Line subscriber. The inbound caller s telephone number can then be viewed on the display screen of the Mitel NetSolutions customer s CNAM-enabled/compatible CPE and interact with CNAM-enabled software applications, etc. The receipt of Inbound Caller ID Number is based on the information sent from the caller across the public switched telephone network. That data is then transported and delivered by all service providers that touch the call and the associated CNAM data stream in a hand-off that ends at the Mitel NetSolutions subscriber s CPE. The ultimate delivery of Caller ID information is not guaranteed by Mitel NetSolutions on a per call basis. Local Number Portability*** Local Number Portability (LNP) allows businesses to switch local service providers and retain their existing local telephone numbers. This service is subject to rate center assignments of the existing numbers. Directory Assistance^^^ Local Directory Assistance allows for the end-user to receive telephone number information. There is a per-call charge of $1.75 associated with this feature. Mitel NetSolutions SIP Business Lines Primary Directory Listing Each SIP Business Lines location includes one primary directory listing for the major white pages directory in the customer s region. This primary directory listing is presented in the standard format available in each local market. E-911 Service Mitel NetSolutions E911 service provides emergency responders with the primary address associated with the SIP Business Lines service from where the outbound 911 call is placed. Please see the E-911 disclaimer associated with the SIP Business Line Service for additional information. SIP Business Lines are designed specifically for the Mitel 3000 phone system. In order to properly route 911 calls, the Mitel 3000 requires that an analog phone line is attached to the 3000 system so the analog line routes calls to local E911 responders. Online Billing Enjoy the flexibility to retrieve real-time call data before it has been invoiced, view invoices online, generate usage summaries, user reports, NPA/NXX reporting, etc. Mitel NetSolutions online billing provides powerful online tools to review, analyze and generate reports for Mitel NetSolutions end-user customers. Included Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line Modem with Firewall As part of the SIP Business Lines with Broadband Internet Access service, Mitel NetSolutions provides an included Innoband ADSL 2+ VOA Firewall Gateway 8860 C-1 Modem designed especially for small to medium size enterprises. This device provides a built in NAT firewall which provides stateful packet inspection, Denial of Service protection, Packet Filtering and URL Content Filtering. Additional Discounted Toll Free Long Domestic US Long Distance Minute Blocks In order to help manage your budget and provide affordable toll free long distance calling scaled to your needs, additional discounted blocks of flat rate toll free interstate and intrastate monthly long distance minutes to the contiguous 48 states can be added to the SIP Business Line service. For all calls that originate or terminate on the Mitel NetSolutions customer account from other local lines not associated with the physical SIP Business Lines, the cost per minute will be billed at the standard, affordable Mitel NetSolutions Switched Long Distance rates. Affordable cost per minute for a la carte Toll Free Domestic Interstate and Intrastate Long Distance Minutes*^^ For interstate and intrastate long distance calls that terminate (toll free) to the SIP Business Lines, Mitel NetSolutions provides an affordable, flat rate, cost per minute. The a la carte rate for monthly toll free minutes for interstate and intrastate calling is five cents ($0.05) per minute for calls that terminate on the SIP Business Lines from the 48 contiguous United States. The rate for toll free calls from Alaska and Hawaii is 20 cents ($0.20) per minute. SIP Business Lines can also receive inbound toll free calls from Canada for just 10 cents ($0.10) per minute. For all calls that originate or terminate on the Mitel NetSolutions customer account from other local lines not associated with the physical SIP Business Lines with Broadband Internet Access, the cost per minute will be billed at the standard, affordable Mitel NetSolutions Switched Long Distance rates. 6 PRODUCT OVERVIEW Additional Discounted On Demand Audio Conferencing Minute Blocks In order to help manage your budget and provide affordable conference calling scaled to your needs, additional blocks of monthly On Demand Audio Conferencing minutes can be added to the SIP Business Line service. For affordability and reliable budgeting, On Demand Audio Conferencing additional minute blocks provide a solution to meet the needs of many enterprise customers. Discounted Domestic US Long Distance Travel Card Minute Blocks In order to help manage your budget and provide affordable travel card calling scaled to your needs, additional blocks of flat rate interstate and intrastate monthly travel card minutes can be added to the SIP Business Line service. Travel Card Mitel NetSolutions travel cards provide users full-featured and economical out-of-office calling power. Travel cards offer world-class productivity features for travelers, mobile employees or staff working from home or remote offices. Enjoy attractive rates for calls within the U.S., as well as calls from the U.S. to other countries or international calls. Mitel NetSolutions travel cards are a great mobile connectivity option and powerful tools for managing time and money when traveling for work or pleasure. Remote Market Number The Remote Market Number feature allows you to create a local market presence in other geographic markets services by the SIP Business Line service. By assigning a remote market number to a SIP Business Line, callers in the remote market can call a local number and be routed to your SIP Business Line service. In addition, there are no per-minute charges for either you or the caller when a remote market number is dialed. The Remote Market Number feature is an additional $7.95 per month per number in addition to the standard SIP Business Line charge. Network-based Voic Voic can be added to any SIP Business Line or SIP Toll Free number for only $7.95 per month. Voic ensures that if you are on another call or otherwise unavailable, callers can leave a message. 7 Webfax SIP Business Lines do not support traditional analog fax machines. A flexible and affordable alternative to receiving traditional faxes is the optional Webfax service which can be added for only $7.95 per month per Webfax line. Webfax is available with either a local number or toll free number and it allows you to receive and store faxes via a secure online mailbox. Since Webfax can be accessed from any computer, you can print your faxes from anywhere at any time. SIP Business Lines Internet-based Webfax eliminates the need for customer premise-based facsimile machines at an affordable monthly price. Follow Me Number with Voic SIP Business Lines can be augmented with the optional Follow Me Number with Voic feature for only $9.95 per line per month. Follow Me Number with Voic provides advanced routing features that can be assigned to a specific local or toll free number to route calls between a user defined routing plan that can include office phone, cell phone, home phone or any other number of your choice. If the call is not completed with an answer at one of the assigned numbers, it will route to the network-based voic . Follow Me Number with Voic can be added to specific numbers so business owners and key executives can enjoy the added flexibility and mobility associated with this feature. Additional Directory Listings If a customer desires, additional white pages directory listings are available on an a la carte basis with the SIP Business Lines offering. Additional directory listings must be included at the time the original order is placed with Mitel NetSolutions and cost an additional $9.95 each per month. On Demand Audio Conferencing Minutes On Demand Audio Conferencing gives you the freedom and flexibility to host impromptu audio conferences (up to 50 participants) at any time, without advance scheduling or making reservations. On Demand Audio Conferencing provides an affordable audio conferencing solutions billed on a per-minute/ per-participant basis. Each authorized user on your account gets an On Demand Audio Conferencing card with a permanent dialin number, URL, and activation PIN code. You pay only for the time you use and the number of participants on your call. On Demand provides truly advantageous services such as cost-code accounting, security lock and comprehensive reporting. Calls are billed at an initial 10-minute increment per participant per call and subsequent one-minute increments.
