3 Deliverability Bounce Management: Intelligently detects bounced addresses, based on hard or soft status, and automatically retries soft bounces. Frequency Control: Organization administrators can specify the maximum number of messages that customers can receive within a specific period of time. Users can suppress all customers who have received the maximum number of allowed messages over a predefined number of days. These settings can be overridden at the message level for privileged users. SpamAssassin Content Scoring: Silverpop Engage is integrated with SpamAssassin, which examines and applies a score to messages before they are sent. This also includes details on the elements of the message that affected its score. Message Throttling: Limit the send rate for the overall organization and the individual mailing. For example, instead of sending all messages out at once, you can have the system send out a set number of messages per hour. This throttling level can be determined for each separate message, but managed at an overall company level by the administrator.
