5 REFORMATAGE ET RECHARGEMENT DE LA OmniPCX Enterprise 1. BUT Cette communication technique a pour but de fournir une procédure de rechargement des binaires e-mgd en R5.1dans le cas d'une altération de la NAND Flash d'une e-mgd. Le rechargement de la NAND Flash d'une e-mgd avec l'omnipcx Enterprise PC Installer s'effectue en deux phases : 1 Effacement et reformatage de la NAND Flash e-mgd. 2 Rechargement des binaires e-mgd. 2. EFFACEMENT ET REFORMATAGE DE LA NAND FLASH E-MGD 1 Connecter la carte GD/GA et le PC Serveur avec un câble Ethernet croisé. 2 Démarrer l'omnipcx Enterprise PC Installer V2.15. Choisir le type d'installation Binaire GD/GA dans le menu Type d installation. Cliquer sur Valider dans la fenêtre Paramètres d installation. Les binaires e-mgd (dépendants de la version) doivent être présents dans le répertoire /dhs3mgr/"version"/pcmao/boot_res/dhs3bin/downbin/emg. Ed. 01 / TC0521
6 OmniPCX Enterprise REFORMATAGE ET RECHARGEMENT DE LA 3 Démarrer la carte GD/GA en mode LOLA. Positionner les dip switchs 1, 2 et 4 sur ON, le dip switch 3 sur OFF. Démarrer la carte GD/GA en Position Contrôleur (Position 0 du Rack). Dans ce mode, le transfert des fichiers peut être visualisé dans la fenêtre Paramètres du client de l'omnipcx Enterprise PC Installer. TC Ed. 01 /
7 REFORMATAGE ET RECHARGEMENT DE LA OmniPCX Enterprise 4 Les différentes phases d'effacement et de reformatage peuvent être visualisées par la LED CPU de la carte GD/GA : Phase du bios 2 x ON/OFF (250ms)/ 1 OFF ( 2 s) Phase de chargement du Linux.ram 4 x ON/OFF(250ms)/ 1 OFF ( 2 s) Phase d'effacement et de formatage de la NAND FLASH Fixe ON Phase de fin de formatage de la NAND FLASH Clignotement rapide (50 ms/ 50 ms) 5 La fin de formatage de la FLASH est visualisée sur le port de configuration V24 par le message : Welcome to PeeWeeLinux (none) login: 6 Arrêter la carte GD/GA avec l'interrupteur On/Off et attendre que la LED power passe au rouge fixe. 7 Arrêter l'application OmniPCX Enterprise PC Installer sur le PC Serveur. 3. RECHARGEMENT DES BINAIRES E-MGD 1 Redémarrer l'omnipcx Enterprise PC Installer V2.15. Choisir le type d'installation Binaire GD/GA dans le menu Type d installation. Cliquer sur Valider dans la fenêtre Paramètres d installation ; voir point 2 du 2) 2 Démarrer la carte GD/GA en mode GD. Positionner le dip switch 2 sur ON, les dip switchs 1, 3 et 4 sur OFF. Démarrer la carte GD/GA en Position Contrôleur (Position 0 du Rack). Dans ce mode une visualisation du transfert des fichiers est possible sur le port de configuration V24 ( N-1) et également dans la fenêtre Paramètres du client de l'omnipcx Enterprise PC Installer.
