17 DYNAMIC TESTS UNDER NATURAL EXCITATION: COMPARISON EFDD vs SSI In substructure A3 the effect of a steel tube collapse - locally larger out-of-plane flexibility of the wall-façade plane - a large influence of the local damage on the MAC indices (from the mode-base comparison) - the out-of-plane behaviour of the wall-façade demonstrates the importance of an assured coupling with the principal structure 1st mode f=2.94hz In substructure A1 the steel tubes and the bolted anchorages appear undamaged but the identified shape modes evidenced a different motion between the principal structure and the plane frame of the principal façade.
