Make recommendations and train staff in proper maintenance procedures to reduce injury and improve player performance to Sports Field Solutions, LLC, Frenchtown, NJ present Owner Provide professional sports field consulting services to universities, school districts, municipalities, engineers, architects, plus private and professional sports organizations. Make recommendations to improve the safety and playability of athletic fields to reduce injuries and improve player performance. Perform soil investigative work related to turf establishment, drainage, compaction, nutrient levels, contamination and soil structure. Submit formal reports detailing observations, recommendations, suggested scope of work, materials and maintenance recommendations. Train staff in proper use of equipment, installation of materials and day to day maintenance. Evaluate synthetic athletic fields for compaction (GMax), overuse, infill displacement, seam damage and fiber wear. Evaluate natural turf athletic fields for compaction (GMax), turf cover, grade, fertilizer and chemical use, plus maintenance practices regarding state IPM regulations and DEP pesticide laws to Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ present Instructor, Continuing Education Teach sports field, soils and turf related subject matter to industry professionals who require initial training or continuing education certification credits related to the design, construction and maintenance of athletic fields, specifically baseball and softball fields. Instruct in the analysis of soils, including infield skin surface deficiencies and how they affect safety, performance and maintenance costs. 07/23/14 1

Secured all initial financing and managed daily operations. Company sales grew to over $3 Million with a full time staff of 25 employees to Tamke Tree Experts, Liberty Corner, NJ 1987 Sales Representative Sold and managed tree care services for commercial, industrial and residential clients in Union County. Specific services included tree pruning, removals, fertilization and spraying services for insect and disease control to National Video Franchises, Basking Ridge, NJ 1987 Owner Purchased franchise and operated retail video rental store in Lyons Mall, Basking Ridge, NJ. Secured all financing and managed start up operations. Negotiated lease agreement at active location and rights to additional locations for expansion.
