2 $2,500 UIndy Xperience Show Be a part of the UIndy Xperience as we highlight each individual sport before their respective season. With your sponsorship, you will be recognized as the presenting sponsor. This includes your logo on the UIndy website, sponsor recognition throughout the show and a link to your website. $1,500 Online Tickets UIndy fans are able to purchase tickets, both single game and season, online. Your logo will be placed on every ticket purchased online for any sport. $3,000 season/$500 per game Commemorative Football Program Place your ad in the program sold at all home games. 500 programs are printed for each game.
3 $2,000 HoundVision Jumbotron Be a part of the HoundVision Jumbotron, which offers live footage of Greyhound Football. Features include interactive team videos, game day sponsors and promotional opportunities displayed on the 9 x12 LED screen. Your ad will be aired at every home football game for the regular season. QR sponsor code for game flip cards Place a QR code on a UIndy game flip card for one of the sports listed below. The code will be linked to your website, driving interest to your company through the scanning capabilities of a smart phone. A sample of a QR code is below along with the sports available, the number of flip cards printed and the cost per sport. Wrestling - $200 for 100 printed cards Softball - $200 for 100 printed cards Volleyball - $400 for 150 printed cards Football - $400 for 500 printed cards Baseball - $500 for 125 printed cards Soccer (M&W) - $500 for 200 printed cards Basketball (M&W) - $1,000 for 500 printed cards
4 $1,200 Sideline Ad You will receive one advertisement sign on a 3 by 9 sideline pad. The sideline ad will be used at football, soccer, and additional Greyhound Club events. This also includes public address announcements at all home football, basketball and soccer games mentioning the sponsor s name. (Sign in background). E-Newsletter The electronic newsletter is sent to 1,350 UIndy Alumni, Parents and Friends on a weekly basis starting in August and continuing through May. Your logo/ad will be placed at the bottom of every Around the Pound newsletter ed with a link to a web page of your choice. (630 x 175 banner ad). 1 Month = $200 3 Months = $600 6 Months = $1,000
5 $5,000 Web Schedule/All Schedules Sponsor logo will be placed at the top of all 23 athletic team schedules online. We will make note the schedule is presented by: (your logo). Logo will be displayed for the entire school year (August - May). $1,500 Individual Schedules Sponsor logo will be placed before the online schedule of the selected athletic team you choose. Logo will be displayed for the entire school year (August - May). (Individual) (All) $5,000 Web Roster/All Rosters Sponsor logo will be placed at the top of all 23 athletic team rosters online. We will make note the roster is presented by: (your logo). Logo will be displayed for the entire school year (August - May). $1,500 Individual Roster Sponsor logo will be placed before the roster online on the selected athletic team you choose. Logo will be displayed for the entire school year (August - May). (Individual) (All)
6 $3,000 Fan Poll The Fan Poll is conducted monthly August through May and gives fans a chance to cast their opinion on topics pertaining to UIndy Athletics. Sponsor logo will be placed at the bottom of the fan poll for the course of the school year (August - May). Web Advertising Sponsor logo will be displayed at the end of each web story (mobile and desktop) for over 431,000 readers a month to see. Three options are available for our web advertising; one month for $250, three months for $750 or six months for $1,250. (600 x 104px) A few stats on web views: Today - 3,741 views Last 7 days - 40,355 views Last 30 days - 246,975 views
7 $500 Key Stadium Barricade Banner $500 Feather Banner A two-sided teardrop banner that measures 14 will display your logo. These banners will be on display for home season football games in the Tailgate Town tailgating lot. The banner will also be used at various outings we host in the summer. $500 Nicoson Railing Banner A banner displaying your logo and name will help cover the barricades surrounding Key Stadium. The banner will display your logo printed on both sides for viewing from all angles. They will be made available for the regular season football games. (Dimensions of banner at 67 wide by 86.5 tall). A banner displaying your logo and name would cover the railings around Nicoson Hall. The banner has the logo printed on both sides for viewing from all angles. They would be on display for home basketball games. (Dimensions of banner are 136 wide by 70 tall). $300 Schedule Poster Sponsor logo will be placed on a schedule poster for one of our athletic teams. These posters feature the team s full schedule for the upcoming season, which are distributed throughout the community. (250 printed per sport).
8 $300 Giant Photo Sponsor logo will have a 12-inch advertisement placed on one of the giant photos displayed in the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center. This is a 4ft by 7ft photo for one of our 23 athletic teams at UIndy. $300 Schedule Card Sponsor logo will be placed on one of our athletic teams schedule cards. These pocket-size cards are distributed throughout the community. (500 printed per sport)
9 You have THE DIRTIEST CAR! $100 Dirtiest Car in the Lot At the end of the third quarter of each home football game, we pick the dirtiest car in the parking lot. The winner is identified by the PA announcer and receives a complimentary car wash courtesy of the sponsor. $100 Gas Cards You will underwrite the cost of gas cards. Cards are distributed at the end of a home football game. Your sponsor logo is placed on the back of the item and fans would receive a $10 gas card courtesy of the sponsor. $50 Promotional Gift Cards You ll underwrite the cost of promotional gift cards. These are distributed during game-day promotions at home athletic events. Your logo will be placed on the back of the card to recognize your support.
