At the moment UniCredit Bulbank is the bank with the largest scope of SAP Business Intelligence tools with more than 4000 users. The solution, realized in the bank is based on two installations MIS и Branch Networking. The separation is logical in view of the role of end users in the application. MIS installation is used mainly by customers, focused on business analysis and on use of new modules of the application. Branch networking installation is mainly used in reporting role of front-end of the core banking system, used by employees of the bank branch network customer service, monitoring and reporting needs. 6

UniCredit Bulbank has implemented two levels of reporting - Branch networking and MIS. The branch networking of financial institution consists of 4000 users and uses pre-defined real-time reports. Dashboards and "What if" functionalities are part of MIS and are focused to structures of the headquarters, which make plans and forecasts and need accurate and timely information. The BI application covers not only the needs for management monitoring and analysis, but is an integral part of the processes of servicing bank clients as well as those for operational monitoring and control. Reports have been developed, which allow the 360-degree view of the client. This reports is used daily by the sales and operational specialists in the bank. All information used by key performance indicators of various business goals is stored in the DWH and is presented as dashboards in bank s corporate portals. Users of BI at UniCredit Bulbank have experience with the BI tools and can independently search and find the information they need. The intensity of system use consists of generation of 1400 reports which are used in the branch networking, and about in the headquarters. Through What-if functionality the management of the company can monitor key performance indicators in different areas and through widgets to have a quick and easy overview of the necessary information. This approach saves time and allows users to seek additional information only when necessary.
