7 EffiSoft and EffiCare EffiSoft, our Warehouse Management System (WMS) supports advanced logistic solutions and clever handling for warehouses with automated material handling equipment. EffiSoft also handles storage spaces such as vertical lift modules (VLMs) and other manual spaces such as normal racking and shelving units. Through out WMS, a better control and quality can be provided by using higher efficiency and access speed in the warehouse. In addition, the optimal storage location can be proposed by EffiSoft, also the inventory automatically monitored and error rate can be reduced. An easy integration of EffiSoft can be done to host systems such as SAP and Microsoft Business Solutions, and a platform that allows integration to nearly any other host system. If you already have a WMS system, but without support of automated equipment such as vertical lifts, EffiSoft with close integration to the existing WMS system is also an efficient option. EffiCare provides your business flexible, reliable and efficient services. Thanks to EffiCare, on site service and maintenance will be arried out by the best and most experienced technicians. The remote 24/7 access to controls as well as software allows us to offer proactive monitoring before compromising operating time. The EffiCare concept includes amongst others services and maintenance by technicians (according to EN norm), spare parts for standard components, helpdesk, online remote troubleshooting and preventive service. 7
