1 Interested Candidates to send resume to: Deirdre Zirn, PHR, Human Resources Manager p: f: e: Sales Support Specialist Department: Operationse Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports To: CFO Amount of Travel Required: Minimal Work Schedule: M - F 8:30a - 5:30p and as needed Positions Supervised: Sales Support Manager POSITION SUMMARY Position is responsible for developing customer and third party dealer relationships that drive new sales and business growth. The position is also responsible to ensure that new leases and loans originated conform within operational risk standards and have discretion to evaluate such in order that the assets of the company are secure. Build relationships and partner with our third party vendors / dealers to generate and support business growth. This is done through regular communication with third party vendors and dealers. This is measured by meeting and /or exceeding sales targets and conversion targets. Train third party dealers / vendors on business process, documentation, pricing. This is measured based upon achievement of improved efficiency and quality. Prepare appropriate financing documentation as required based upon risk, channel and third party vendor requirements. Determine if lien waivers/subordinations are required. Review and evaluate submitted third party financing documentation or internally prepared documentation for completeness and adherence to operational, risk and legal requirements. Ensure all risk related process are completed, including but not limited to appropriate collateral evaluation, ensure lien perfection, insurance and other credit conditions. Execute financing documentation within authority levels. Facilitate communication between operations and external sales team members. Manage and maintain pipeline opportunities. Support communication between the sales team, vendors and/or customers. Develop and support communication channels in internal departments such as credit and customer service. Influence pipeline growth with dealers and/or vendors through providing exceptional customer service. Develop price quotes for customers. Analyze the needs of individual customers and act accordingly.

SKILLS & ABILITIES Education Experience Computer Skills Undergraduate degree 2+ years of sales, sales related or relationship management experience in financial services and / or equipment leasing preferred. UCC, titling and documentation experience, beneficial Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Certificates & Licenses None Required Other Requirements
