Lying to Save My Life: Pleading and Proving Self-Defense to the Crime of Perjury, (working title) - offers a defense to perjury for victims of domestic abuse, terroristic acts, and threats of death or harm for cooperation with the police (snitching). Cord Blood as Property - offers the current designation of cord blood as property and questions whether cord blood has intended beneficiaries that gives rights and interest in its use and disposal. Co-authored with Rebecca Feinberg Umbilical Cord Blood: Whose Property is It? focuses on Florida law and the recently passed legislation mandating disclosure of private and public cord blood banks.
