The arrest was a result of an investigation in which the defendant had punched a male in the face area on 05/18/13 while at the Dysfunctional Family BBQ concert at the Oswego Speedway. The victim suffered a broken nose and other injuries as a result of being punched by the defendant. The defendant was processed without incident and released on an appearance ticket.
