1 2 nd Edition British Columbia, October 2013 Canada s Most Innovative Forum on Responsible Resource Development United Nations Association in Canada
2 The Programme Natural resource development has become a polarizing issue for Canadians and the world. The future of responsible resource development at both the national and global level is dependent on an inclusive and constructive dialogue engaging all stakeholders. draws upon UNA- Canada s historic convening power and community-building programmes as instruments of effective consultation in responsible resource development.
