1 Hal Chrisman: Principal AeroStrategy Hal Chrisman joined AeroStrategy as a Principal in April Mr. Chrisman brings to clients 25 years of aviation and aerospace industry experience split evenly between consulting and executive-level industry positions. Mr. Chrisman leads AeroStrategy s Defense Industry practice, but has expertise in both commercial and military aerospace OEM and MRO sectors. His functional focus has been strategic planning, process improvement, industrial marketing and due diligence. Mr. Chrisman's experience includes managing jet engine design and development programs at Williams International, working with Aviation and Aerospace customers as a Senior Director in Oracle s A&D Solution Center, and running business development for ecommerce startup AeroSpan. He has also led corporate development for a provider of commercial and military aircraft MRO services, and led numerous consulting engagements for The Canaan Group, Cirrus Advisors and AeroStrategy. Mr. Chrisman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University (Magna Cum Laude), and an MBA degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Fernando Ikedo: VP, Market Intelligence - Defense Market Embraer Fernando Ikedo is Vice President for Market Intelligence at Embraer Defense. He is responsible for Market Strategy and Competitive Intelligence in the Defense Market. Prior to that, he led Sales Engineering activities, supporting Marketing and Sales of all Embraer products and services in the Defense segment, as well as Commercial Proposals. Mr. Ikedo began his career in the Aerospace and Defense Industry as a Systems Engineer in 1997 at Embraer where he worked on civil aviation (ERJ 145 program) and military projects (Embraer ISR Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems). He holds a Bachelor s degree in Electronics Engineering from Brazil s ITA Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (Aeronautical Institute of Technology) and an MBA degree from Brazil s ITA & ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing). Alan K. Baker: Airlift Business Development Boeing Alan K. Baker is an Airlift Business Development Representative for Boeing s C-17 Program in Long Beach, California. In that capacity, he is responsible for marketing and sales for the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, and the strategy that develops new mobility products to meet customer needs and ensure long-term airlift growth for the company. Mr. Baker joined the company in July Before coming to Boeing, he completed a highly successful career in the United States Air Force, where he held key jobs at the squadron, wing, major command and joint command levels. He was the Director of Staff at Headquarters Air Mobility Command and commanded the 634th Air Mobility Support Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Mr. Baker was a command pilot with over 3,500 flying hours in the C-5 and C-130 aircraft. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He is also a graduate of the United States Air Force Air War College, Joint Forces Staff College, United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College, United States Air Force Command and Staff College, and United States Air Force Squadron Officer School. Tyler Evans: Director-F35/F135 Programs & Customer Support Pratt & Whitney Tyler Evans is the program director for the F135 engine program. He has responsibility for the entire F135 product portfolio, including development, production and fleet sustainment. The F135 is the only production engine for all variants of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) aircraft. Mr. Evans has more than 18 years of successful leadership experience at Pratt & Whitney. Previously, he led the F119 engine program for the F-22 Raptor as program director. He also led the F100-PW-229 Integrated Program Management Team as program manager with more than 1,000 engines flying in F-15 and F-16 weapon systems around the world. He supported Pratt & Whitney s largest customer on site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as general manager for Dayton Operations. Mr. Evans has also held leadership positions as deputy director of Engineering for the Combustor, Augmentor and Nozzle Module Center; CIPT manager of the GP7000 compression system for the A380 aircraft; and deputy CIPT manager of the PW6000 combustion and exhaust systems for the A318 aircraft. Mr. Evans has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech. and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. In addition, he received dual Executive MBA degrees from Purdue University s Krannert School of Business and ESCP-EAP European School of Management in Paris, France.

2 Robert Garrison: Sr. PLM Applications Engineer Idex Solutions Robert Garrison is a Senior Applications Engineer at Idex Solutions with over 30 years of experience in industries as diverse as shipbuilding and aerospace. He is equally at home with implementing and tailoring off-the-shelf systems for mechanical design as he is in developing custom Knowledge-Based Engineering and Automation applications. Mr. Garrison is recognized by his industry peers as being adept at producing elegant solutions for complex technical problems and has held senior technical positions with end-user companies, software development houses and Dassault Systèmes business partner organizations. Mr. Garrison started his career in the 1970s specializing in propulsion and power generation systems with the U.S. Navy. Upon completion of service, he went on to manage mechanical design operations in engineering departments at Long Beach Naval Shipyard and Lockheed Shipbuilding in Seattle, where he implemented the first use of CAD for the design of the LSD-41 class of ships. Many of the designers he trained went on to careers with Boeing Military Airplane Company. Specializing in PLM applications from Dassault Systems, Mr. Garrison has spent the past decade focusing on the aerospace sector. His current client list includes Parker Aerospace, Honeywell Aerospace and a variety of suppliers for OEMs including Boeing, Airbus and others. Jerry Fannin: Strategic Business Dev.-Aerospace & Defense Honeywell Sensing and Control Jerry W. Fannin is a Strategic Business Development Vertical Leader at Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions, Sensing and Control in Aerospace and Defense. Mr. Fannin has more than 20 years of Aerospace and Rotorcraft experience in business, commercial and defense market segments. Mr. Fannin started as a mod technician, then worked in various segments of aerospace, each time increasing knowledge and levels of responsibility in the fields of Avionics, Wheels and Brakes, Engines, APUs, Landing Gear, Aircraft Lighting, Flight Controls, Sensing, Test and Measurement, In-flight Entertainment, Flight Simulators, Visual Reference Systems, Air Weapons Systems, Space Launch Orbit and Landing Vehicle Systems. In his career he has also assisted the NTSB through OEM interface in system, data recovery and identification methods. Mr. Fannin has an MBA degree from Arizona State University. Previously, Mr. Fannin was employed by Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he held the position of Business Development Manager. Gary Beyer: VP Defense-Space & Energy CDG, A Boeing Company Gary R. Beyer is VP Defense, Space & Energy for CDG, a Boeing Company. CDG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing Commercial Airplane with more than a thousand employees, specializing in engineering, maintenance and sustainability solutions. CDG is sole source for all technical parts data and maintains the 14 terabyte IPC parts master for all flying commercial Boeing aircraft worldwide. The company also provides a variety of interactive software solutions for parts configuration management, wiring troubleshooting, interactive technical manuals and elearning to Boeing and other commercial companies. As VP for Defense solutions, Mr. Beyer is responsible for alignment synergy with Boeing Defense, Space and Security and for the development of new Defense, Space and Energy business initiatives for CDG. Prior to CDG, Mr. Beyer served as Managing Principal for HP in the Pacific Northwest Region, Director for Internet & ecommerce for Oracle Corp, and ran a commercial software company for more than 13 years focused on DoD earned value and performance measurement reporting. Mr. Beyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Greg Arnold: Enterprise Strategic Growth-Boeing Research & Technology The Boeing Company William G. (Greg) Arnold is a senior analyst with Enterprise Strategic Growth, Boeing Research & Technology, The Boeing Company. Enterprise Strategic Growth supports both Boeing military and commercial businesses with new technologies to improve business capabilities within the company and for Boeing customers. Mr. Arnold has worked with Enterprise Strategic Growth since 2005 in the design of business use cases and user interfaces for new technologies. Mr. Arnold has over 40 years of diversified logistics experience, more than 30 years of which was in military, commercial, international and retail logistics operations. Mr. Arnold is a retired Army logistics officer and a retired Sears Logistics Services region general manager with extensive logistics planning experience in both military and corporate headquarters. His current work with The Boeing Company leverages both his military and commercial experience.

3 Randy Starr: Partner Booz & Company Randy Starr is a Partner with Booz & Company. He has 13 years experience with the firm and is based in Florham Park, NJ. He co-leads the firm s strategy consulting work in the aerospace and defense and national security sectors. He also has extensive experience helping senior clients address a broad range of strategic issues in the information technology and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Starr specializes in combining market and technology insights to develop business strategies in commercial and government markets. He works with clients on growth strategy, corporate portfolio management, major investments, operational transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Mr. Starr served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, where he commanded an airborne unit with a global no-notice response mission, and served as a fire support coordinator for battalionlevel mechanized and airborne infantry units. Mr. Starr received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Master's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and MBA degree from Columbia University. Ken Herbert: Vice President-Research Wedbush Securities Ken Herbert is an analyst covering stocks in the Industrial Growth sector, focusing on companies in the aerospace and defense sector. Mr. Herbert comes to Wedbush from Frost & Sullivan, where he was Global Vice President and Partner. McManus: Managing Director Imperial Capital Michael J. McManus is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital and as a member of the Security & Defense team is responsible for efforts in the Homeland Security, Defense & Government Services markets. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. McManus was a Managing Director with USBX, which was acquired by Imperial Capital in November He joined USBX from SmallCap Corporate Advisors, LLC, which he founded to bring bulge bracket investment banking expertise to small homeland security and defense publicly traded companies that were underserved by larger investment banks. Prior to SmallCap, Mr. McManus was with Jefferies Quarterdeck in the Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., offices. While with Jefferies, Mr. McManus focused on the aerospace, defense and government services sectors and specialized in public company merger, acquisition and financing transactions. Mr. McManus has also worked for CIBC World Markets and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. McManus served in the U.S. Army for over seven years in various capacities including Tank Platoon Leader and Headquarters Company Executive Officer. Mr. McManus received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA degree with Distinction from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Thomas Anthony: Director-Aviation & Security Programs USC Thomas Anthony is Director of the USC Aviation Safety and Security Program since January He's an instructor in Aviation Safety Management Systems, Aircraft Accident Investigations, SMS for Managers, and Aviation Security courses. Mr. Anthony is an aviation consultant to DMJM H&N, AECOM Technology Corporation. He also serves as a consultant for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Aviation Security. He has conducted training in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Auckland, New Zealand, for ICAO. Prior to appointment as Director, he served as a staff instructor for the USC Safety and Security Program. Mr. Anthony was the Federal Security Director of the Palm Springs International, Yuma International, and Imperial County airports before retiring from Federal Service in He served as the FAA Regional Division Manager for Civil Aviation Security in the Western Pacific Region. Mr. Anthony directed emergency security response to 9/11 attacks and provided investigative efforts of aviation activities of the hijackers. As FAA Division Manager for Civil Aviation Security, Mr. Anthony managed and directed assessments and inspections of U.S. registered aircraft operators, foreign registered aircraft operators, and international airports throughout the Pacific and Asia areas. From 1980 through 1987 Mr. Anthony served in management, supervisory, and journeyman positions in the Air Traffic Division of the FAA. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

4 Michel Merluzeau: Managing Partner G2 Solutions Michel Merluzeau is G2 Solutions' Managing Partner. In addition to his overall responsibility for management of G2's analyst consultants, he executes consulting projects in the commercial and military aircraft fields and analyzes broader global defense and aerospace trends. Over the course of his business intelligence career, Mr. Merluzeau has completed over one 100 projects and market analysis reports. He has advised numerous companies, including leading prime and many second- and third-tier aerospace & defense contractors in the Americas, Middle East, Europe and Asia. Mr. Merluzeau joined G2 Solutions in 2007 following 10 years at Frost & Sullivan's Silicon Valley headquarters in California as analyst and then Director for Airborne Systems research in Washington, D.C. In addition, he spent three years at Frost & Sullivan European headquarters in London. Mr. Merluzeau's projects ranged from complex end-user surveys to new product launch strategies, regional market entry programs and acquisition strategies. He has been involved in numerous forecasting and analysis projects for civilian and military markets including fighter, transport, regional and business aircraft as well as helicopter markets. A graduate of the University of Provence in France, Mr. Merluzeau is also a regular speaker at SpeedNews Military Aviation Suppliers Conferences, and has keynoted other events such as Aviation Today's Avionics Conference. He is regularly quoted in leading publications and media outlets. Lynne Vallacher: Sr. Manager-Business Dev., Defense Inventory Locator Service Lynne Vallacher is responsible for developing business opportunities for ILS s aviation, marine and government marketplace. She has represented ILS in multiple government organizations such as PSMC (Parts Standardization and Management Committee), and DSC (Defense Sustainment Consortia). She has spoken at major DoD Conferences to include DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages), COG (Component Obsolescence Group), and DSPO (Defense Standardization Program Office) and to executive levels at NAVSEA, NAVAIR and GIDEP. Ms. Vallacher has worked with major data republishers, assisting with customized parts, standards and DMSMS solutions for program managers, engineers and logisticians for over twenty years. Specializing in DoD programs and requirements, she has worked various issues in the obsolescence and sustainment arena to assist customers in solving critical supply chain issues. Joanna Speed: Managing Director, Conferences SpeedNews When Gil and Ann Speed launched the aviation industry s most innovative newsletter in 1979, they recruited their two young daughters for the production staff. Like many children of company founders, Ms. Speed delayed joining the family business. However, a few years after college, she acquiesced, putting to use her degree from Cal Poly State University and her acumen for business and marketing. As SpeedNews Business Manager, Ms. Speed contributed her organizational aptitude. While beginning her informal education in commercial aviation with Publisher Gil Speed, she studied business in the Pepperdine University graduate program. Over the years, Ms. Speed streamlined the company to increase revenue and reduce costs, led the effort toward online distribution and created new marketing programs for large corporate subscribers. When SpeedNews Conferences emerged as influential forecasting and intelligence forums, Ms. Speed refined and expanded marketing strategies for the Commercial Aviation Suppliers Conferences and was instrumental in launching the Regional (Turboprops) and Business Aviation, European Aviation and Military Supplier Conferences. Recently promoted to Managing Director, Ms. Speed introduced another conference in 2011, the Aerospace Raw Materials & Manufacturers Supply Chain Conference, which runs in conjunction with the Annual Commercial Aviation Suppliers Conference. He is responsible for establishing and implementing Business Development strategies to meet the requirements of customers utilizing and seeking 5th generation propulsion products and services. Mr. Muldoon joined Pratt & Whitney in 1983 as a software engineer on the V2500 engine program. During his 28-year career at Pratt & Whitney, he has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility including key leadership roles in Information Technology, Operations, Business Development and the Program Office. Mr. Muldoon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Villanova University in 1983, and an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut in Gilbert W. Speed: President Gil Speed & Associates, Inc. Gilbert W. Speed has spent almost 60 years in the aviation industry, beginning as a student apprentice in 1952 at The Bristol Aeroplane Company, now part of BAE Systems. In 1957 he moved to the U.S. and began as a Development Engineer on new aircraft for Eastern Airlines in New York, working on the DC-8 and Lockheed Electra. In 1959, he joined Pan Am as a Structures Engineer, and later as an Aeronautical Engineer. At Pan Am, he worked on the specifications for the 727, 707 Freighter, Concorde, and Dassault Fanjet Falcon. In 1965, Mr. Speed became VP Marketing for Tridair Industries in California. In 1968, he founded Transequip, now part of Telair International, which manufactured composite panels, cargo and baggage containers and cargo systems. He sold his interests in He founded SpeedNews in 1979, and in 1991, launched SpeedNews Defense Biweekly. In 1987, he started the first SpeedNews Aviation Industry Suppliers Conference. SpeedNews was purchased by Prism Business Media in September 2006, which also acquired Penton in February Prism Business Media is now known as Penton Media. Mr. Speed is currently on the Board of Directors of KAPCO and LeFiell Manufacturing and on the Advisory Boards of M.C. Gill Corporation, Janes Capital Partners and Perfect Point EDM. He is also the Chairman of the Membership Committee of the Aero Club of Southern California and has been a member of the SAE since 1959, a member of ISTAT since 1983 and the recipient of the 2010 ISTAT Award.
