4 Preface By applying pyrolysis & gasification technologies, we ve developed a POG system to convert waste plastic, waste oil and crude oil into diesel and then gasify it into gas if needed. POG is a combination of 2 sub-systems, P2O and O2G. Oil Generator System (P2O), include stage 1 & stage 2 - stage 1 : Convert fossil-based plastic, except PVC, into plastic oil. - stage 2 : Refine plastic oil, waste oil & crude oil into diesel. Gas Generator System (O2G) - Convert the diesel of P2O into gas. POG can be a sequential producing system or separately operating as a stand alone machine. The POG system had been successfully installed & operated in Taiwan. Potential partners are welcomed to cooperate with us in mode of Turnkey Project and/or possibly Joint Venture. 4

6 Values of POG project Make the earth cleaner & greener Waste plastic will exist in our environment forever if we do nothing. However, POG makes waste plastic reused to meet peoples need, instead of just putting it aside. Help governments to solve headache problems Waste plastic has been a big problem to any city and any government. POG is a great solution for those governments suffering from this problem. Bring people healthy life Waste plastic might cause air & water pollution and damage peoples health. POG can improve the environment by reducing & cleaning waste plastic. 11 specifications 1. Oil-conversion rate: 60%~80%. ** 2. Output-oil includes: 5% gasoline, 90% diesel and 5% others. 3. Diesel qualitydensity: g/cm3, flashpoint (closed cup): > 50, pour point: -10 ~ -20, calorific-value: > 9,500 kcal/kg. 4. Gasoline qualitydensity: 0.75 g/cm3, flashpoint (closed cup): -50 ~ -20, no pour point, calorific-value : > 9,000 kcal/kg. 5. Each set of equipment contains 125 Kg catalyst (refining agent), and refinement of every 5 tons waste-plastics-oil needs 12.5 kg catalyst. * For information only. ** The rest are: water 6-8%, ash 4-6 %, gas 10-18%. Gas is used as self-heating. 11
12 offering & requirement Capacity: each producing line may deal 20 tons/day of waste plastic. The extension is line by line. Oil generation speed: 1 ton oil / hour. Plant space: 1,200 m2. It may contain 3 producing lines. Land space: 1,800 m2 (including plant space) is recommended. Roof height: 9 m at least. Equipment delivery time: days after order. Installation & testing time: days. Recommend location: - garbage incineration plant - waste landfill - industrial park 12
13 investment scenario Convert 1,000 kg waste plastic, we get about 700 kg oil. Of which, 630 kg diesel, 35 kg gasoline and 35 kg other oil. Unit: US$ 1. electricity water expense man power other expense 33.3 fuel weight (kg) sum of cost $ diesel x ( 1 15% ) x 630 = gasoline x ( 1 15% ) x 35 = 25.6 sum of sales income $ Assume pyrolysis 10 tons of waste plastic per day, the cost is 56.6 x 10 = $566.. Based on conversion rate at 70%, we have 7 tons oil, the income is x 7 = $2, Gross profit per day is 2, = $2,424, annually (300 days) $727,200. This scenario is based on Taiwan s case. We discount the fuel price by 15% of retail. The average retail price of diesel is $0.75/L and gasoline 0.86/L. Please note that we calculate the income by weight not by volume. The density of diesel is 0.84 and gasoline The real discount rate should be over 30%. In Taiwan, the government pay waste handling fee to the companies who collect & handle the waste. The cost of waste plastic is low, even we get finance from government and companies who make industrial waste plastic. The annual gross profit is higher or less than $727,200 should depend on local situation. If daily process 60 tons of waste plastic, the annual gross profit will be over US$4.36 m. 13

Only a little external energy is needed- PVC should be exclusive. Self-heating & steam collection design, only external electricity is necessary and a little supplement of oil & water is required if needed. Harmless to the environment & human health. Low labor cost- 2 3 manpower is enough for every converting & refinement process. Fast operation- 5-6 hours for each converting & refinement process. Fast installation- turnkey completed within days. Short ROI period- about 2-3 years. (ROI: return on investment) Easy to extend- module design easy to extend according to need. 15
