Dining: A Daily Continental Breakfast at the Lodge, Lunches both Lodge and trailside. Dinners in Highlands at pre-selected restaurants. All food and drink with the exception of any alcoholic beverages outside of our Lodge offerings are included in your retreat cost. Daily Wine Down : Relax, raise your glass and reflect on the day with others; wine and light appetizers served. 3 Nights Accommodation 4 Weekly Group Follow-up Calls: We know all too well how in the midst of an event it seems easy to apply all the insights you re garnering to your life. Then you return home and immediately get caught up in real life and forget about your resolution to make time for you. Our group follow-up calls help you carry the lessons of this retreat into your everyday life and offers support for that transition. Our Goal: It s our goal to make sure that you leave the retreat feeling clear-headed, energized and ready to put some new goals and life policies into practice once you get back home. Reservations $500 per night Rates are all inclusive. The full balance of $1,500 per person must be paid by October 1, We firmly believe the content and experience will more than meet - and will exceed - the investment of registration. 4 The Fine Print Refund Policy If retreat does not take place due to lack of registrations, your payment will be refunded in full by October 1, With a full registration, your payment is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. it s like signing your name on the dotted line of a contract you re IN. No backing out. No cancellations. No refunds. If that sounds strict or intense, you re right. It sure is! And that s the entire spirit of this program. We re here to push you and ensure that you meet or exceed the goals that you set for yourself. We re not letting you hide or give up. Not this time. Frequently Asked Questions WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION? Everything -- You simply arrive via your own transportation, and we take care of the rest! Your room, food and drink (including a few adult beverages) and all workshop content and materials, events and experiences. Quite simply, the only thing not included is your transportation to/from our host location, and if you d like additional alcoholic beverages outside our Lodge offerings. HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE THERE? 12 attendees + 5 staff WHO WILL I ROOM WITH? Bring a friend and you can room together! Coming alone? Don t worry, we ll help match a suitable roommate for you. WHAT S THE WEATHER LIKE THAT TIME OF YEAR? Weather in Highlands is varied. Expect temperate Fall days with lower humidity. Think 60s during the day and high 30s/40s in the evening. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR, PACK, BRING? We recommend a casual attire or whatever fits your personality best. You will want to watch the 7-day forecast to see what attire will be suitable that week. Include comfortable workout or yoga apparel and some athletic shoes for exercise and guided walks. Dress in layers since we will be both inside and outside throughout the weekend. Please bring a small day pack that will hold a raincoat, hat, gloves, water bottle and lunch (provided). 5 The Fine Print WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY NEED? Just let us know in advance when registering and we re happy to accommodate you! WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART? Arrival time is 1pm on Friday, October 28. Travel tiime is a little more than 2 1/2 hours from Vinings. We will have a farewell brunch on Monday, October 31. Departure is 12pm. HOW DO I GET THERE? Once registered, you will recieve detailed driving directions. It is recommended you carpool with other tendees to keep costs low - and meet new friends! IS IT NECESSARY THAT I FOLLOW THE RETREAT SCHEDULE? From morning till night, we have carefully planned experiences that will nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
