Netball London Live takes place at the Copper Box Arena at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, allowing netball to play its part in the Olympic legacy following London Hertfordshire also bring their own selection of international netball talent to the fixture, with Lindsay Keable, Layla Guscoth and sisters Sasha and Kadeen Corbin regularly stepping out for England as well as Mavericks. Over 160,000 people now take to the court every week with the average age group of year olds taking up over a third of this engaged group. Netball remains the most participated non-olympic sport and with the recent England international victories over world champions Australia, the sport remains primed to increase in both stature and interest over the coming years, aided by the legacy following the Glagsow 2014 Commonwealth Games. More than 1 million people now watch netball live on Sky Sports every season, and the audience comes from the top 20% of the national population in terms of education and income. This was coupled with extensive digital coverage via the Sky Sports website and mobile app, alongside regular social media updates on the brand new Sky Sports Netball Twitter account. With a renewed focus on the sport during the last 12 months, netball now also regularly features on Sky Sports News and Sky 1 s Game Changers - aimed at inspiring young people into sport. Superleague Netball will once again be broadcast live on Sky Sports during the 2015 season, including Netball London Live, to further increase awareness of the sport on a national level. Surrey Storm has also renewed its partnership with Sky Tickets and will be the exclusive ticketing partners for Netball London Live once again in 2015, providing access to markets across the UK who are interested in live events and sport and advertising to segments of Sky s 10.5m TV customers.
