2 PRODUCTS Foamers A wide range of almost 30 standardized products based on skimmed milk powder and vegetable fat components. This product range is characterized by a differentiated content of milk, milk protein and vegetable protein which give a desired height and stability to foam. The raw materials used for production modify sensory profile of a final product e.g. add milky flavour, full body and aroma. Among others this product range includes products based on refined, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil. Foamers are mainly used in instant drinks such as in cappuccinos and chocolate drinks. They enhance full and milky flavour and improve creaming effect in instant drinks. Upon dissolving gas trapped in particles is released giving a creamy and dense foam on the surface of an instant drink. The products in this range are customized to meet customers individual needs. They are characterized by a wide range of available properties such as: - loose bulk density in the range of g/l - foam height mm (laboratory beaker fi=60mm) - protein content 2% - 20% - fat content 17% - 35% Area of application: - Cappuccino - Latte - Coffee drinks - Hot chocolate drink
3 CREAMERS FOR SOUPS AND SAUCES Creamers, as a source of emulsified fat, have found a wide application as a component in soups and sauces enhancing their creaminess, whitening power, structure and full taste. This product range is based on vegetable fats and milk protein or wheat protein ( in case of non-dairy products) Milky flavour and greater stability of a product is achieved thanks to incorporating a source of stabilized protein into a formulation. The products in this range can be customized to meet customers individual needs in terms of fat type & content, protein level and type of additives ( emulsifiers, stabilizers). Key differentiating factors: - loose bulk density in the range of g/l - fat content 30% - 50% - type of vegetable fat - whitening power - taste Application: 1. Lunch concentrates - instant soups - dips - dressings - puree 2. Instant lunch dishes
4 CREAMERS FOR BEVERAGES Mokate creamers offer an excellent creaming effect to instant drinks enhancing at the same time their taste properties: e.g. desired body, cream-like flavour and texture. Mokate creamers are based on vegetable oils, milk proteins, vegetable proteins ( non-dairy option) and all sorts of different carriers. - whitening power - vegetable fat content - taste ( neutral, creamy, milky, restraining or enhancing bitter coffee taste ) - solubility - wettability - bulk density The standard product range comprises products with the following key parameters: - vegetable fat content 14% - 50 % - protein content: protein-free formulations formulations up to 17% of protein - loose bulk density 340g/l 500g/l The portfolio of over 80 products in this range includes among others cold water soluble creamers, dairy creamers and 100% non-dairy creamers. 5 Topping bases Products based on vegetable fats and a unique composition of emulsifiers and milk proteins. Topping bases can be used in all applications which require aeration effect obtained by mechanical mixing. Aeration effect enhances creamy and delicate texture of a final product, improves its overrun and profitability. Topping bases can perfectly interact with condensed substances such as hydrocolloids which bring a positive effect on texture, overrun and stability. Widely applicable topping bases are used among others in instant desserts like whipped cream, mousses, sweet puddings and creams. Our offer comprises also non-dairy versions of this product where milk protein is replaced by vegetable protein.
