Our Drawing and Reception Room make the perfect back drop for a small intimate celebration for up to 90 guests. 6 Festive Menu 2016 Guests will be requested to choose one starter, one main course and one dessert. Starters Cream of parsnip soup with spiced dumplings. Ham hock terrine with apple and walnut and raisin toast. Smoked salmon, lemon and thyme rillettes. Served with beetroot and pistachio crumb, brown bread and cucumber and mizuna salad. Main Course Roast turkey breast, wrapped in bacon with stuffing. Roast potato, roast root vegetables, greens and red wine jus. Brisket of beef, braised in local Sheffield ale, served with potato gratin, fine beans, sage Yorkshire pudding and a thyme sauce. Butternut squash risotto, with sage, and salted pumpkin seeds. Dessert Lemon tart with crème chantilly and berries. Christmas pudding with brandy sauce. Chocolate pot, with whipped cream and lemon and cranberry biscotti. Accompanied by Coffee and Mince Pies
