Administrative management of real estate: keeping the rent administration; keeping the service costs administration; dispatching invoices for rent; service costs and VAT; monitoring money flows, including demands for payment or collections in the event of default of payment; raising or indexing the rent in accordance with the provisions of the lease agreement; handling all correspondence with tenants, government agencies, etc. on your behalf; effective reporting to you as the client. 3. Commercial management: maintaining contact with your tenants so that we can respond in good time in the event they desire expansion, wish to give notice of termination, have problems with fellow tenants, etc.; monitoring compliance with obligations set down in the lease agreements; return optimisation; advising you, our client, in the broadest sense; coordinating activities to attract tenants in the event of vacancy. 2.
