Redesigned the course outline for the course Economics of Education and Manpower Planning (ECON 3024) at the University of the West Indies. The outline was approved at various levels internally and the course will be offered in semester II, The course has not been offered for over five years. 2. Developed a new undergraduate level course titled Economics of Education for Bowie State University which was approved by the University's Curriculum Review Committee in spring The course was first offered in fall 2010, taught by me, and 26 students successfully completed the course.
