Developed and directed Family Crimes Division, consisting of more than 70 employees assigned to Family Violence and Special Victims Unit, Juvenile Crime Section, Adult Protective Services Section, and Child Support Division. Initiated and supervised successful grant application for Family Justice Center for the reduction of domestic violence in St. Joseph County.
