1 TECH SPEC MS-831 PAGE 1 Makor Automatic Denibbing and Sanding Machine, Model LC 6 (Used Machine) Sanding, buffing and denibbing machine model LC 6 has been designed for sanding and denibbing of linear products such as picture framing, strips, valances, architectural mouldings, profiles and furniture components. modular steel structure, particularly studied to obtain maximum stability and extreme accessibility, guaranteeing a maximum work precision and requiring less set-up and maintenance time and with the possibility of applying a wide range of working units mono-bloc columns integrated into the supporting structure complete with slides and rotating flanges that allow the application of the sanding units and their positioning during the working phases sanding heads positioned in a separate work station (cavity or hollow space) except for the second last station which has opposed heads Transport transport of profiles by means of 80 mm wide joint-less belts woven of rectified rubber thread, supported through two (2) upper roller gears and a smooth surface under the belt in antifriction material feed of transport belts powered through rollers assembled directly on angular reduction gears connected among each other by means of torque shaft and relevant elastic joints and driven by feed motor with inverter electronic adjustment of feed speed through control from electrical switch board upper pressure units equipped with springs with three rubberized wheels each unit, adjustable and revolving with quick locking not requiring any use of tool or hand keys the pressure is extremely easy to adjust on two different compression levels with trip lever positioned on top of the pressure unit stem alignment guides divided into sectors in aluminum section on which are mounted small rectified rubber wheels each sector is adjusted through an easy and quick self-aligning slide on the right side of the machine each slide has trip references that permit perfect aligning of all the guides of the machine lower supporting systems with small adjustable plates on each cavity (sanding station) with side guide bridges connected directly with the side guides

It is utilized for flat and shaped parts with 140 mm max. width, with inverter. system for the support and positioning of the belt, composed of a mono bloc column in cast-iron directly fastened to the frame, where the guide for the vertical regulation can be found, sturdy slide in cast-iron where the guide for the horizontal regulation can be found, rotation device equipped with toothed sector and screw without end for the regulation of the angular position protection casing with inspection doors interlocked with security end-switch, so as to contain the moving parts and convey the dust particles to the special suction outlets Belt Motorization motorized superior roll, driven by belt transmission inferior idle belt-gear rolls, mounted at an elevated inter-axis so as to favor the deformation of the abrasive belt the work pad can be found in between the rolls, it can be surveyed and it is interchangeable oscillation system of inferior roll this movement, adjustable from 0 to its maximum value permits the transversal oscillation of the abrasive belt and is electrically excludable in case of working shaped parts pneumatic device for the timed entry and exit of the working pad, automatically programmable and auto-adjustable according to the variation of feed speed of the pieces cylinder with high sensibility, with independent feed, placed after the cylinder that controls the timed entry, so as to maintain constant at a pre-set value the pressure exerted on the work piece even during the presence of irregular dimensions
