3 GENERAL INFORMATION / TOOLS GENERAL INFORMATION Preparation: We recommend reading these instructions before starting. Carefully unpack and check all items before beginning assembly. When transporting assembled doors; always lift at corners and lean doors on their side never stand them upright as this may damage the bottom roller. The high quality raumplus family of sliding door systems offer a wide range of possibilities. Systems with or without bottom track, ceiling or wall mounted systems, corner solutions, locks, applied and true divided panels. 4 COMPONENTS 1_ 2_ 3_ 4_ 5_ 6_ 7_ 8_ 9_ 10_ 11_ 12_ 04_05 1_ Top roller_ fits into the top track and guides the door in track(s34 shown). 2_ Reinforcement for punch holes_ stregthens punch hole. 3_ Frame screws 32mm_ for connecting the stile to the top and bottom rail. 4_ Bottom roller_ attaches to bottom rail and guides door in bottom track. 5_ Plugs_ Covers the holes drilled for the frame screw. 6_ S150 Stile_ (vertical profile)_ forms the vertical frame of the sliding door together with the top and bottom rails. 7_ Top rail_ forms the horizontal frame of the sliding door together with the vertical profiles and bottom rail. (S34 shown). 8_ Bottom rail_ forms the horizontal frame of the sliding door together with vertical profiles and top rail. 9_ Brush gasket_ provides dust seal between wall and door. Avaliable in grey (may substitute with grey rubber, upon request). 10_ Bottom track (double surface)_ S34 surface applied bottom track. 11_ Top track (double)_ S34 ceiling-mount top track. 12_ Corner profile (45 degree)_ allows doors to meet at a 45, 90 corner. 4

6 ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE DOOR Gasket is necessary for panels less than 10mm [ 3/8 ] thickness! Start at top in the middle! Z Z Cut in gasket a little near the corner and pull around! 1_ place panel on a table, affix gasket (only for panels with less than 10mm [3/8 ] thickness) 08_09 2_ use white rubber mallet to apply stiles (tap carefully), screw together (max. 3Nm) then check by using a straight edge 6

7 ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE DOOR 5mm 5mm 3_ assemble the top roller (max. 3Nm) 4_ Install the reinforcement plate for punch holes (max. 3Nm) 4mm Screw in leveling screw until the bottom roller sticks 5mm [3/16 ] out of the Bottom rail. 5_install the Bottom roller 6_ sliding door series 150 7

8 INSTALLATION PREPARE / MOUNT TOP TRACK drill hole 100 mm [3 15/16 ] [39 3/8 ] approx. every 1000 mm 100 mm [3 15/16 ] 5 1_ cut top track to final dimmensions and drill holes wall Wand Choose appropriate fastners 10_11 2_ drill holes and mount top track (fig.: without ceiling) 8

9 INSTALLATION SHORTEN BOTTOM TRACK / MARK POSITION If using an insert track or tile channel, the psoition is to be located by a plumb line. Do not affix bottom track on the floor Bottom tracks are typically delivered with 50mm [2 ] and have to be shortened on site accordingly. 3_ cut bottom track to final dimmension and position it nearly under top track. top track double water level insert the sliding door, push up bottom rollers! bottom track double 4_ Insert sliding door, align perpendicular by moving bottom track, mark position with masking tape 9

10 INSTALLATION AFFIX BOTTOM TRACK / INSERT DOOR If using carpet, insert or tile channel track; the carpet, wood floor, or tiles must be cut to bottom track. 5_ remove sliding door, clean floor surface and install on bottom track at marked position When inserting the sliding door push up 12_13 6_ Insert sliding door 10

11 INSTALLATION ADJUST DOOR / APPLY BRUSH GASKET Adjust door up or down with allen wrench 7_ level sliding door 8_ instal plugs for punch holes and brush gasket (details 09). 11

12 ASSEMBLY POSITIONING BRUSH GASKET Apply brush gasket and fix it with clip on top and bottom. For remaining sides, plugs have to be applied at top and bottom over punch holes. Half square handle Half circle handle Remove the protective foil and apply the handle on the dry, cleaned position (free from grease, oil); then press it firmly on the desired surface. For corner solutions, please use the 45/90 degree corner profile 14_15 1_Position of the dust excl. brush 12

13 ASSEMBLY 45/ 90 DEGREE CORNER PROFILE The corner profiles are applied on the vertical stiles with double-sided tape.
