As a member of the control bodies of both listed and private companies (boards of statutory auditors, supervisory boards, risk committees, control bodies 231). Governance issues, as per current legislation as self-governance regulations, with specific reference to corporate risk management (boards of director, internal control and risks committees, chief executives). Business and financial structuring and restructuring projects. He follows centralised finance projects for the management and the control of the finance processes: planning and financial control, short/medium/long term treasury operations, extraordinary transactions, bond issues, warranties, liabilities, management of financial counterparts, financial regulation and the management and control of financial risks. Company start-ups of from their constitution, providing advice to partners both from a corporate and tax point of view, overseeing all the operations required to implement the corporate purpose in the interest of company as per the articles of association. Providing advice for the establishment of the Italian subsidiaries of companies based abroad and vice versa, support for the submission of VAT refund claims, representation and/or direct identification for VAT purposes of companies incorporated abroad. Providing assistance to companies on extraordinary transactions (the transfer of shares, sale of business units, acquisitions and company transfers, voluntary liquidations). Experience of representation before the Financial Administration and the Tax Commission. Collaboration with the Civil Court of Rome, both in the Bankruptcy Section as a Trustee in bankruptcy cases, and the Real Estate Section as guarantor. Appointed by the Civil Court of Rome as a consultant and technical adviser in civil lawsuits and for arbitration. Conducts due diligence for the evaluation of economic activities carried out within companies and organisations. Identifies areas at risk, the management of any irregularities uncovered, the attribution of responsibility, the correct interpretation of the law and regulatory compliance.
