Processes of lifelong education take place in public institutions and in the business sector, as well as in an informal and self-organised manner. Given this context, the Master s Degree Programme is geared towards teaching, learning and educational processes in the sphere of Adult Education and. analysis and design of appropriate learning worlds and learning cultures for adults, professionalism and quality assurance in the occupational field of Adult and/or Continuing Education development and innovation in organisations and by suppliers of Adult Education and. The Master s Degree Programme in Adult Education and is the only degree on offer in all of Austria, which combines two important segments of lifelong learning these being Adult Education and Vocational Education. It follows the guiding principle Theoria cum praxi science for the benefit and welfare of the people. The teaching objectives and skills profile of the Master s Degree Programme are the following: Analysis and design of processes of lifelong education,
