You must log in and submit at least one assignment in week one of your course(s) to establish attendance. If you do not submit at least one assignment, you will be automatically dropped for non-attendance. 2. You must regularly make progress in your course(s). Specifically: 75% of course assignments must be completed and submitted by the Friday before the final withdrawal date for the semester (generally, week 12). No more than 5 assignments may be submitted in the week prior to finals week. In courses where multiple final exam attempts are allowed, the first attempt at the final must be submitted by Tuesday of finals week. IMPORTANT: Please note, failure to meet one or more of the above course progress policies could result in withdrawal from your course, a failing grade, and/or your ineligibility for future CBE courses.

5 Assessment Retake Guideline: MET 1131 Personal Computer Apps for Engineering Technicians The course is structured into 6 modules; three of these have pre-tests that can allow you to skip the module if you score at least 90%. If you do not score a 90% on the pre-test, you must pass all of the homework (with a score of 80% or higher) for that topic before you can take the post-test. In order to successfully complete this course, you must pass each graded assignment with a score of 80% or higher. These graded activities include homework and topic exams. If you are unable to achieve a score of 80% or higher on any of these graded activities, contact your academic coach to discuss alternative options for completing the course. Note that you will have to do an oral presentation which you will schedule with your faculty mentor. To pass a post-test, you must score 80% or higher. If you do not score 80% or higher, you may be eligible for additional attempts. 1st Attempt: All students may take the post-test after successfully completing all homework assignments that come before the post-test. 2nd Attempt: If you do not pass the post-test on the first attempt, you may request a second attempt from your instructor. There may be a slight delay in giving you access to a second attempt, because your instructor has to authorize it.
