1 Oyster Creek Mobile Home Park Condominium Association, Inc. REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS, February 19, 2015 These Rules are published to protect life, property, privacy and a pleasant environment. Your consideration and courtesy to others, plus your cooperation in maintaining an attractive home, will help maintain the high standards of the park. I. GENERAL 1. All lots are restricted to one mobile home, recreational vehicle, park model or motor home. RV s must be self-contained, commercially manufactured and of good appearance. All RV s and mobile homes must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to placement on property site in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium. Tents, truck campers and foldout campers are prohibited. All lots, vacant or occupied, must have the lot number prominently displayed. 2. The Park setback requires at least a 15 foot setback from the street and 7 1/2 feet from the side boundary lines which exceeds the county requirements for front and side setbacks. If the bill is not paid, the Board will take whatever action necessary to enforce payment. 10.
