2 The Janiculum Suite has a romantic Queen Size canopy bed and a wonderful view of the Janiculum Hill. Janiculum Suite - Hallway with tourist and travel information. - Fully fitted kitchen, seats 4 people + balcony with washing machine. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all the kitchen utensils, crockery etc you need. Iron and board provided.

3 - Completely new bathroom with large sink and modern spacious shower. - The apartment is on the 6 th floor with elevator of a modern building in a residential and extremely quiet road. - Nearest restaurants, pizzerias, bars, grocery store, winery, pub, supermarket and whatever else you can need. - Bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided as well as washing up liquid, and general cleaning materials.

It is just 150 metres (3 minutes) from San Pietro Train station and bus 64 Terminal Station, the notorious bus line in Rome that laces together the most visited sights starting from Stazione San Pietro Terminal and running the whole centre arriving at Termini train station. Services on demand: private garage, private transfer with driver from or to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport ( 45 up to 4 people) Cancellation policy: reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 night. In case of no show or cancellation 7 days before the stay penalty is 100% of deposit. In case of anticipated leaving we will not give back the total amount of the stay.

6 HOW TO REACH US BY PLANE: From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci airport you can take the train to Trastevere Station. You then change line to catch the train to Roma S. Pietro station. We are just 150 metres from the Station. From Rome Ciampino airport take the bus up to Anagnina stop and take the Metro A from Anagnina to Temini stop. From Termini train station take bus number 64 and get off at the last bus stop (end of the line) that is Stazione San Pietro BY TRAIN: From Roma Termini main train station take the no. 64 bus and get off at the last bus stop (end of the line). FROM CIVITAVECCHIA CRUISE PORT: You will reach us easily and directly: take the shuttle from the port to the train station. At Civitavecchia train station take the train to Roma Stazione San Pietro and you will reach us in 45 minutes. We are just 3 minutes of easy walking from the train station.
