3 Conferences & exhibitions Murrayfield offers year-round facilities for large conferences, road shows and meetings. With 1,500 sqm of internal exhibition space to support your event, multiple breakout rooms and free parking for 1,000 cars, no other venue in Edinburgh can compete with the space we can offer you and your delegates. The President s and Thistle Suites can each accommodate 500 delegates and have floor-to-ceiling natural daylight with state of the art black out blinds, in-built audio visual, flying projection facilities and an executive lobby area for your delegates to relax in. With direct access to the President s and Thistle Suites, the 1925s Suites are made up of 14 conference rooms and can flexibly accommodate up to 100 people each, making them ideal syndicates for large conferences. The 1925 Suites have their own registration area, natural daylight with black out facilities and all rooms have plasma screens and are fitted with an induction loop. Ten Executive Boxes are also available for syndicate work for up to 20 delegates, each boasting magnificent views of the pitch. The Thistle & President s suites can be opened up to one large space or divided to 5 separate conference spaces 14 breakout rooms situated close to main conference suites Thistle & President s suites have private reception and cloakroom areas PA System, screen and LCD projector included in Thistle & President s Suites WiFi enabled The Thistle & President s Suites Conference Setting Capacity per suite Combined Theatre Cabaret style Classroom Reception 700 1,500
4 Meetings & seminars Holding a meeting or training event at Murrayfield is easy, with an excellent choice of suites and training rooms of various sizes to accommodate your needs. The 1925 Suites have their own reception area and are made up of 14 flexible rooms, many with natural daylight, partition walls and blackout facilities. All rooms are fitted with an induction loop and have access to wireless broadband. There are ten Executive Boxes located in the north west of the stadium and are unique in that they overlook the hallowed turf.
