The analyst firm projects the market will exceed $4.7 billion globally in Despite the popularity of these solutions, thousands of businesses are missing out on opportunities to increase employee productivity. That s because the desktop-centric nature of today s conferencing and collaboration solutions severely limit or even exclude the participation of employees using smartphones, tablets or other mobile appliances.
